Kelly fills us in on her latest trip to New York City for work and some sister time. For one night she was the main character in the big city, with her sister's clothing approval of course. They befriended a bartender and tried to find Sydney a man. It was the perfect New York night. But not all is perfect in the family as Steptember is about to tear them apart.

Since summer is pretty much over, it's the perfect time to share Kelly's summer notes. She explains why red, white and blue shorts are always the perfect option for the kids' summer wardrobe. Plus, how she will be perfecting the summer cocktail next year.

Lizz is back! She's got a new little one with her and is ready to share the birth story. First, a quick catch up as the ladies prepare for the launch of the brand new website. They bought the purses for the launch giveaway, which was quite an experience. The family has also started a September walking challenge. Who will take the win? Then, an update on Kelly's first ever fantasy football league and the questionable trades she's already made.

Then, it's on to the most lovely birth story you may ever hear. Lizz talks about how they went into the hospital without a name and ended up with one that wasn't even in their top picks. But the sweetest moment was when they revealed to Kelly the middle name they picked.

Before they go, it's time for a quick Last Three Transactions. There are a couple kid birthdays coming up so both Kelly and Lizz are getting ready. Plus, Lizz is continuing to find ways to keep her other two kids entertained while she's with the baby.

First, Beverly is running a side hustle close to our hearts. She runs her own summer camp for local kids out of her home. What started as a way to keep her kids and their friends entertained evolved into a business. She's even gone back to school to learn how kids learn! Then, Lynsey The Memory Mom is helping moms turn their overloaded camera rolls into home movies. After having her first child she was looking for a program to help her arrange and create using all the photos and videos she had of her baby. When she couldn't find what she was looking for, she just created it herself! Finally, friend of the Car Mom, Megan, joins to talk about her side hustle The Nurturing Nook. She helps parents design and create custom nurseries for their little ones. Once again, this is another business created after seeing a need for herself and realized parents were struggling with the same problem. Now she is creating beautiful nurseries!

Could this be Lizz's final episode before baby? Things are starting to look like they could be happening any day now. She shares the latest on the newest St. John family member and how she's getting through these final weeks. Let's just say she is ready for baby #3 and completely over being pregnant!

Kelly is continuing her "Best Summer Ever" and getting ready for two nights of ice cream socials. It's the start of a very busy week that ends with her traveling to Kentucky to see her next car roll off the production line. Oh, and she explains why she is taking pictures of all her meals—and it has nothing to do with social media.

Got a good show Lizz should watch? She's getting her maternity leave watch list ready, and Kelly has one suggestion that scratches the DWTS itch. It's not the only help she plans to give her sister once the baby arrives; she has a whole plan for being the best sister ever over the next few weeks.
