The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We'll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We'll examine news reports from the past seven days and - hopefully - promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS The holiday most representative of White culture, Halloween, will consume the entirety of this weekend. Victims of Racism are encouraged to stay in the house and take precautions. White urchins in Mississippi made no effort to disguise their barbaric ways, they are charged with putting a noose around the throat of a black child. As strangling black people is long running White ritual, it's no shock that the Department of Justice continues to review the 2014 choking death of Eric Garner. Garner's daughter Ericka publicly blasted Hillary R. Clinton's campaign based on emails exposed by WikiLeaks which show how the presidential candidate's camp attempt to use Garner's death to help secure the White House. The Context of White Supremacy hosts the premier study session on Lothrop Stoddard's signature book, The Rising Tide Of Color Against White World Supremacy. In the days before her death, psychiatrist and author Dr. Frances Cress Welsing strongly encouraged black people to read Stoddard to better understand White Supremacy in the 21st century. A journalist and Harvard-educated historian, Stoddard was an intellectual luminary during the early 1900's. He was proud proponent of Eugenics - the belief that "better" Whites should procreate, while "lesser" Whites and especially non-white people should not reproduce. In Rising Tide, Stoddard describes the threat posed to White Domination by different groups of non-white people. Much in line with Dr. Welsing's theory of White genetic annihilation, Stoddard fears that growing populations of dark people will challenge or obliterate White power. He theorizes how the global White should respond to this looming catastrophe. This program is specifically designed to improve problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on at work. Any listeners who have figured out the best strategies to minimize problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual problems we generally experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in and share specifics. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear techniques from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment. The Professor Charles Woods visits The Context of White Supremacy. A black film historian and lecturer, Mr. Woods dissects how "Hollywood uses the power of cinema to reinforce" the White Supremacist agenda. We'll juxtapose two films that depict black counter-violence: the late Sam Greenlee's The Spook Who Sat By The Door and Nate Parker's The Birth Of A Nation. Both films were hampered during their theatrical runs. We'll also examine the explosion of films displaying the enslavement of black people. We'll ask The Professor about how diverse network television has become. Empire, The Walking Dead, Scandal, Luke Cage prominently showcase many black actresses and actors. Is this an improvement over fifty years ago? We'll examine news reports from the past seven days and - hopefully - promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS Venida Browder, the 63-year-old mother of Kalief Browder, is reported to have died from a heart attack this week. Ms. Browder was an indomitable advocate for her son, Kalief, who committed suicide after years of incarceration and solitary confinement at New York's Rikers Island. If ever someone needed to be caged, it's Jessica Sanders. Earlier this summer, Sanders, a White Woman, spat on a black couple while repeatedly calling them niggers. Sanders now faces two felonies and fears retribution. In another example of the terrorism inspired by White Women, a monument to Emmett Till was defiled with gunfire. Hillary R. Clinton and Donald J. Trump engaged in their final verbal shootout at the third presidential debate. The C.O.W.S. THE SPOOK WHO SAT BY THE DOOR Part 6 (Conclusion) Oct 21, 2016

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the 6thth and final study session on Sam Greenlee's 1969 tour de force, The Spook Who Sat By The Door. The bestseller was adapted into a major motion picture in 1973 and remains a beloved testimony to 1960's black fury. Greenlee died in 2014. The main character, Dan Freeman, becomes the first black agent at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Freeman gains as much inteligence as possible in order to teach his skills and expertise to terrorized black people so that they can train for a counter-violence offensive against White Supremacy. Last week's session discussed the invasion of Chicago by white National Guard troops. The invaders' explicit directive was to restore White rule and negro subordination. Dan Freeman assuaged the angst of White fellow White social workers, while preparing the Cobras to devastate the National Guard. Freeman's counter-revolutionaries capture Colonel "Bull" Evans and poison him with LSD. Significantly, in the film, Evans is drugged and killed; in the text he's allowed to live. We'll complete the book this week and present our overall impression of Greenlee's work and what truths this novel presents about White Supremacy. A life coach, motivational speaker and author, Ms. Manswell combines her expertise in organizational, employee and leadership development with personal experiences gained over a quarter century working in corporate and government settings. We'll review her most recent book, Listen In: Crucial Conversations on Race in the Workplace. The book "follows five African-American characters as they exchange personal experiences that happen behind the research, data and attempts at best practices." Manswell shares her views on issues of black hair and what being a â??good fitâ?? means, the contradiction of why height isnâ??t an advantage for Black males, and how words make a difference in conversations. We'll ask her for strategies to eliminate sexual harassment or unwanted touching. Patrick Phillips visits The Context of White Supremacy. A past fellow of the National Endowment for the Arts and the Guggenheim Foundation, Phillips teaches at Drew University in New York. His work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and numerous other outlets. We'll discuss his first work of nonfiction, Blood At The Root: A Racial Cleansing In America, which was published last month. Phillips explores the 1912 purge of black families from Forsyth County, Georgia. After allegations that black males had assaulted two different White Women, lynchings, maulings and unadulterated White terrorism roamed the Georgia foothills. Black land was confiscated and evidence of this coordinated pogram of was deliberately hidden. Marybeth Gasman visits The Context of White Supremacy. A professor in the Graduate School of Education and director of the Penn Center for Minority Serving Institutions, Gasman holds secondary appointments in history, Africana studies, and the School of Social Policy and Practice at Penn. We'll investigate an essay she recently authored, which explicitly details how Whites intentionally block black people from obtaining faculty jobs at historically White academic institutions. The deceptive use of words is a key component. The essay caused such a kerfuffle, The Washington Post published a follow-up report sharing some of the comments generated by Gasman's piece.
