    We seem to have evolved to seek the sun, even though it gives us skin cancer. Why? Dr. Kemeny's research leans heavily into this question. We also talk about the Scientific Method in general, and rules for safely applying what data is gathered.

    A mindful approach to healing differs from other forms of therapy in that clients are encouraged to focus and meditate ON their negative feelings instead of distracting away from them.
