They are already publicly announcing their Day 1 policies and executive orders. We need to make sure that the justice policies we need are included on Day 1. We have crafted 70 executive orders and executive actions that Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and their teams can enact WITHOUT winning the Senate. They are deep and far-reaching. What we need to see now is whether or not they are going to keep their promises. But know this - the only change we get, is the change we fight for.

When it comes to justice, policing, and mass incarceration, we would be making a HUGE mistake to simply assume that the Biden-Harris administration will do right by us. In all fairness, they are inheriting a country in shambles. And if we're not careful, our most pressing concerns could easily be forgotten or put on the back burner. This race is not officially over, but I think in the next 12 hours Joe Biden will win Nevada and be named President of the United States. It all comes down to Nevada, and if Biden wins there, he will barely cross the finish line and end up at 270 electoral college delegates. But Nevada has just said they won't announce their new vote totals until tomorrow.

We are now calling on the Kentucky Prosecutor's Advisory Council to appoint a special prosecutor and impanel a brand new grand jury that actually considers all of the charges

Last night, in the middle of Nebraska, Donald Trump, in a painful metaphor for his whole life and presidency, literally bused hundreds of supporters into a rally in the freezing cold, then got on Air Force One and left them there with no way to get home. They were stranded for hours on end. It was so cold that men, women, children, and senior citizens had to be rushed to the hospital for hypothermia. Trump hates rural Americans. Always has. And last night, he let that hate show in a cruel way.
