Falcons lose to lowly Cardinals at the buzzer Nov 13, 2023
    Show notes

The Falcons had busted plays and no rhythm in the passing attack as they went down to the Arizona Cardinals, 25-23, in Glendale Arizona. The Falcons took the lead in the fourth quarter with 2:33 to play, but the defense couldn't keep the Cardinals out of field goal range. The Falcons have now dropped three games in a row to a rookie quarterback, a third-string quarterback and a quarterback, who was coming off an 11-month layoff after knee surgery. To say the Falcons have stumbled into the bye would be a major understatement.

The Falcons took the lead on a Tyler Allgeier touchdown run, but the defense could not keep Dobbs out of the end zone. The Viking used a play that the Lions had success with against the Falcons earlier in the season against the Cover 4 red zone defense with a nickel back tucked inside. The Falcons are now 4-5 and have one game left before going to their bye week.
