The New Orleans Pelicans are shocking the NBA World, and even NBA France is taking notice. The Pelicans finished their five games in six nights with a 4-1 record. The Pels trailed in each contest, but outdistanced their opponents in the fourth, 121-78. Walking on Sunshine! With Oleh and David Grubb Mar 14, 2018

Show notes

The New Orleans Pelicans defeated the Charlotte Hornets last night, despite the Hornets desperate attempt to steal it in New Orleans with a 104-98 advantage late. The Pelicans were led by MVP candidate Anthony Davis as well as the resurgent Emeka Okafor, 17 assist man, Rajon Rondo, as well as ten critical poitns from Jrue Holiday in the final 2:40. We talk this as well as question the performances or lack thereof of Cheick Diallo, Darius Miller, E'Twaun Moore, and the ten day addition of Larry Drew II. Spurs Preview with Pounding the Rock's Editor, JR Wilco Mar 14, 2018

Show notes

The San Antonio Spurs and New Orleans Pelicans savored vital victories last night albeit in two very different ways. The Spurs trounced the crippled Magic by 36, while the Pelicans escaped a late six point deficit against the Charlotte Hornets. The Spurs need this one every bit as much as the Pelicans. Hear from the man who knows them best why they have been struggling, and why the 20 season playoff streak ends here.
