Show notes

A @Christadelphians Video:

The world we live in is put together with an intricate balance, but it is very fragile and suffers from crises which involve the environment, war, suffering and death. Sometimes it is tempting to think that God has abandoned the world and left it to destruction. The Bible tells us that this is not the case. God does care for the world, in spite of the mess that mankind is making of it.

God’s plan involves an event which will transform the world, solve all its problems, and make it into a place of peace, harmony and prosperity. Introducing God #5 How does God work in the affairs of the World? Dec 28, 2022

Show notes

A @Christadelphians Video:

God has not left the world alone. Even though he has given freewill to mankind, he exercises control over many of the developments in the world. God can act in various different ways.

Sometimes he acts directly in a miracle; some of these, such as the Exodus and the Resurrection of Jesus, have been very significant. Sometimes God works imperceptibly by altering circumstances to ensure that history unfolds in the way that he intends. Sometimes human beings exercise their free choice to alter events for evil, but even here God is often able to ensure that in the end his will is victorious.
