Mueller did “not exonerate” Trump, so what should Congress do? CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin, ABC’s Sunny Hostin & NBC’s Ari Melber discuss in rare joint appearance.
Two crucial questions facing the Mueller Report are: How much evidence of obstruction does it detail against Trump, and what – if anything – should Congress do about it?
