10:14 - Leading off the 2nd hour tonight is a first time guest and a huge cooking inspiration to millions, the founder of "Grillin With Dad", Maciek Zurawski. I will get the background on Maciek coming over from Poland, getting acclimated to life in the states and how "Grillin With Dad" first came up and then how he transitioned it into his full time career. 10:35pm - Coming out of the bullpen tonight is the founder and CEO of the World Food Championships, Mike McCloud. Two things that sit large on the agenda tonight. 10:35pm - Coming out of the bullpen tonight is the pitmaster of Girls Can Grill, Christie Vanover. Over the past few months we have seen an introduction of "fire management tools" that will take you from start to finish and the user doesn't have to know how to build a fire in most cases. Pellet cookers have been responsible for a lot of this, and now we see the ceramic grill sector bringing in this concept too. Christie has been using the "Konnected Joe" cooker for a little while, the one we've talked about on this show a few different time, and tonight we get the real deal feedback from her on how well this unit actually performs. We will also get caught up with everything else Christie has been up to this year!
