10:14pm & 10:35pm - As we bring May to a close (if you can believe it) we will do the traditional 4th Tuesday of the month in the 2nd hour thingy...The Embedded Correspondents. First, we will run through an abbreviated 100% Assurity Questions list...and then, we will review and discuss the 2024 BBQ HOF stuff. This year was different than in years past where we had the announcements of the actual class AFTER the EC segment for the month. So we will have to run it a bit differently this time...but it will be fun nonetheless. Doug from Texas, Jon from Michigan, Rusty from Utah and Matt from Tennessee are all ready to bring the proverbial heat tonight!!

9:14pm - Leading off tonight is, perhaps, one of the smartest men to have ever appeared on this show when it comes to the making of gas grills on the manufacturing side of the industry. One of the founders of Winners Products, James Hou, joins me tonight for what will be a series of interviews where we will give you some unprecedented insight to how this worked actually works. Winners makes the Sam's club grill I have been promoting the past 3 weeks, but as we talked further, we realized that there is so much we can share that will be both highly informative and equally as entertaining. James will be joining me from his home in Singapore, but he will sound like he in studio!

9:35pm - After James, I welcome back a show favorite, and a personally favorite of mine, Andy Husbands back to the show after a 4 year lay-off. Andy was recently on the list of 10 finalists for the BBQ Hall of Fame this year, however, e did not make it into the Hall this year. We will talk about his take on the HOF, what the nomination meant to him and what value it holds with him to get in some day. After that, we will talk about his explosive growth in the BBQ scene in the Greater Boston Metro area...clocking in at 6 "The Smoke Shop" locations with more in the not so distant future.
