The Biggest Star in MMA is Back: Conor McGregor vs Max Holloway | UFC 329 Preview Jul 07, 2026

Show notes

Conor McGregor is back. For the first time in five years, roughly 1,800 days since he snapped his leg at UFC 264, the biggest star in the history of the sport returns this weekend against Max Holloway at UFC 329. Jon Anik and Kenny Florian break down which version of Conor actually shows up in Las Vegas, and whether five years away is too much to overcome.

It's a loaded fight-week roundtable on top of that. Brandon Royval on his flyweight matchup and why UFC Freedom 250 was the coolest thing he's ever seen, Ray Longo on being tapped to induct Chris Weidman into the Hall of Fame and whether he's ready to stop being the main guy in the corner, Gianni the Greek's eight UFC 329 predictions, and King Green on the personal backstory behind his main-card fight with a former friend in Terrence McKinney.
