Judge James Boasberg, who unlawfully seized control of the lawsuit against President Trump’s Alien Enemies Act proclamation and lawlessly ordered flights deporting alien Tren de Aragua terrorists in international airspace to be turned around and returned to the United States, was checked hard yesterday by the Supreme Court in a 5 to 4 decision that found Boasberg never had the legal authority to hear the case at all.
Despite this, and even after the SCOTUS ruling of no jurisdiction over the case, Boasberg is lawlessly continuing this afternoon with a contempt hearing against the Trump administration, demanding that they show cause why they should not be held in contempt for failing to turn around the planes as demanded.
How does Boasberg continue to assert authority over a case he never had authority over in the first place? Good question, and what we’ll talk about in today’s show.

Last week 17-year-old Kamelo Anthony fatally stabbed Austin Metcalf, also 17-years old, as both were attending a Texas high school track meet, from different schools. Anthony quickly fled the scene, discarded the knife in nearby bleachers. He was shortly captured and arrested, conceded to the stabbing, and suggested he had killed Metcalf in self-defense.
I covered this killing in some detail this past Saturday, exploring the use-of-force law arguments that might support either a conclusion that this killing was murder or that it might have been self-defense. Of course, that was only a few days after the event, and hard facts were few.
Now, however, the actual police report has been released, and so we’re circling back to apply our use-of-force legal expertise to the additional facts contained in that report.

Today President Trump scored yet ANOTHER YUGE win at the US Supreme Court, with Chief Justice John Roberts announcing that SCOTUS was acting to stay, or freeze, the order of leftie Federal Judge William Alsup that the President was to be compelled to hire back 16,000 fired executive branch employees.
This follows on the two Supreme Court wins just yesterday, affirming Trump’s authority to deport Tren de Aragua invaders under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 and his authority to deport MS-13 members as terrorists.
And THAT follows on the Supreme Court win last Friday, affirming Trump’s authority to cut off $600 million in DEI funding from the money laundering swamp NGOs. And if that doesn’t sound like all that much money, THAT ruling led to yet ANOTHER judge reversing his own order that Trump must pay out TRILLIONS of dollars in DEI funding.
Let’s take a look at the argument that won the day for Trump in this most recent SCOTUS win, the Supreme Court ordering that federal district court Judge Alsup lacked the authority to order Trump to re-hire 16,000 fired federal employees.

Just this morning the Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit (Maryland) declined to stop the order from district trial Judge Pala Xinis that President Trump must return known terrorist Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia back into the United States no later than midnight tonight, April 7, 2025.
This grotesque violation of the Constitution’s separation and powers doctrine, and the court’s wild overreaching beyond the limited bounds of her genuine jurisdiction must, of course, not be allowed to stand.

The Supreme Court handed President a YUGE win against DEI racism, reversing lower court rulings that had ordered Trump to spend billions of tax payer dollars to perpetuate a corrupt and immoral systemic and institutionalized racist polices against straight white American men.
