The most liberal court of appeals in the United States, the 9th Circuit, late last night ruled that it is the great and powerful President Donald J. Trump who is Commander in Chief of the federalized California National Guard, and not the feckless and pandering Governor Gavin Newsom.
This ruling overturns an insane temporary restraining order issued last week by the unelected, black-robed, tyrannical inferior federal district trial court Judge Charles Breyer. That 83-year-old San Francisco judge—who we’re supposed to believe wrote out a detailed 33-page TRO against Trump in less than three hours—broke a metaphorical hip in fabricating a rationale for why command of the National Guard should revert to Newsom, at the mere cost of the lives of federal immigration elements and the arson of federal buildings.
Fortunately, saner minds have prevailed. But what happens next? Will Newsom and Judge Breyer accept defeat, or will the continue the theatrical and performative obstruction of our Article II Executive Branch President as he seeks to protect American lives and property from the ravages of tens of millions of illegal migrant third-world invaders and their domestic collaborators rebelling against the authority of our national government and sovereignty.

Yesterday the US Supreme Court handed down a decision in the case of US v. Skremetti, which involved a challenge to a Tennessee law that banned the surgical mutilation of sad minors.

This Tennessee law was challenged by various groups that wished to be free to surgically mutilate sad minors, and who claimed they had a Constitutionally-protected right to engage in such surgical mutilation of sad minors.
You might not be surprised to hear that three of the Supreme Court justices agreed with this position, and that all of them were women: Justice Kentaji “I’m not a biologist, how would I know what a woman is” Jackson, Justice Sonya “wise DEI Latina” Sotomayor, and Justice Elena “Never Been Married” Kagan.
Fortunately, a majority of six of the Supreme Court justices agreed that there was no Constitutional right to surgically mutilate sad minors, and that the Tennessee legislature was therefore within its authority to ban this horrific and monstrous practice.

At issue: Who is the legal Commander-in-Chief of the California National Guard troops deployed in riot-torn Los Angeles? The Governor allowing the nation’s second-largest city to be subject to relentless riot, looting, and arson as protestors rebel against enforcement of the nation’s immigration laws? Or the President of the United States intent on preserving Federal personnel and property from the predations of those same rebels?

The White House activation of the California National Guard to protect Federal property and personnel in riot-torn Los Angeles has been challenged by the feckless pandering Governor Gavin Newsom.
Newsom was able to secure a Temporary Restraining Order against Trump for a few brief hours last Thursday, with an unelected, black-robed tyrannical inferior federal district trial court judge out of San Francisco stripping the Article II Executive Branch president of his Commander in Chief authority over America’s military and handing control back to Newsom.
The White House immediately secured a pause on that order from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, however, and yesterday that three-judge panel heard oral arguments on Newsom v. Trump for command authority over the deployed National Guard.

Vance Luther Boelter, the man alleged to have assassinated a Minnesota state Representative and her husband, as well as their dog, and shot and attempted to murder a Minnesota state Senator and his wife, has now been charged with second-degree, unpremeditated murder.
I know—wait, WHAT? These assassinations and attempts were CLEARLY premeditated—Boelter even had a kill list in his car, including the names of these victims. Why was he only charged with unpremeditated murder.
Also, he’s charged with FOUR counts of second-degree murder—but in fact, he only murdered two of his victims. The other two survived. So how can there be FOUR murder counts?
