    Editorial director Shawn Kennedy and clinical editor Christine Moffa discuss the highlights of the July issue of AJN. A must read is Diana Mason's parting editorial, detailing her work at AJN. There are two CE articles: a report on original research surveying medical residents perceive their interactions with nurses, and Part 1 of a two-part article on post-breast cancer lymphedema. Other features include Street Nursing, a photo essay on an outreach program in British Columbia to prevent HIV and sexually transmitted diseases; an update on what we know about the H1N1 Influenza A virus; articles on an innovative health program for farmworkers and how neighborhood environments contribute to obesity; and the second part of a two part article on conflict in the workplace.
