Yet some nurses say they won’t work in hospitals without these teams. There are two original research features: one, the CE feature, is a qualitative survey of nurses’ experiences with rapid response teams. The other research feature is an analysis of the foreign nurse recruitment industry which raises questions about the need for accountability in the industry.
