The unexpected twists and turns of life, such as considering relocating to Miami, have been softened by the love and laughter of my family, even when faced with the sleep regression stages of my toddler daughter.

Navigating the world of fitness and health has been an uphill battle. From my struggle to gain muscle without resorting to steroids, to overcoming a deeply ingrained pornography addiction, every achievement has been a testament to discipline and dedication. The importance of a well-planned diet, the magic of counting macros, and the strength to be drawn from a supportive community are just some of the life-changing lessons I've learned on my journey. The excitement of bulk-up phases, the awareness of potential addiction swaps, and the realization that a simple post-meal walk can do wonders, has shaped my understanding of fitness and nutrition.

As a coach, I've had the privilege to guide individuals on their own transformative journeys. I've seen the same dedication reflected in their eyes, that same hunger to better their lives, and it has reaffirmed my belief in the holistic approach to health. This journey from overcoming personal vices to finding a purpose-driven life has made me realize the role our youth plays in shaping our future.
