As the Regional Field Operations Director for Africa and Asia, Daudi had a unique perspective on what it was like to propose and help oversee an impact evaluation for a women's empowerment project in Ethiopia. He not only shares the results of the study, but he also goes into what it was like to propose this idea to staff who were already stretched to capacity and perhaps didn't see the value of empirical studies.
