Women Holding Things — and Then Letting Go Jul 23, 2025

Show notes

Today's episode is for any woman who is tired of holding it all. And ready to be held.

I speak from my heart about the imbalanced feminine — the part of us that believes we must carry everything: the emotions, the burdens, the family, the future. Inspired by the poem Women Holding Things, I offer a new possibility:

That we do not have to hold it anymore. We can surrender. We can let the masculine — within us and around us — hold us. Throughout the episode, I open up about my own process of releasing inherited and patterned ways of over-functioning and over-carrying, including how our cat Talluah mysteriously supported us through an unexpected spiritual encounter with a bat.

Juuso joins me to share more about The Orb Method, his new workshop offering within GUIDED. I also offer fresh teachings on the Codes of Destiny, and how the numbers you see — the signs, the synchronicities — are gently guiding you home. I also share the personal story about how our son Lumi received his name — a quantum tale that reminds us that miracles are always near and love is timeless.

Enjoy xx

How to Stop Running Away from Yourself Jul 16, 2025

Show notes

In this episode, my husband Juuso returns to the podcast. It had been some time since he joined me, and this conversation is tender, honest, and full of heart. We share openly about what we've been moving through together, some of the miracles we've experienced, and the emotions that have risen along the way. I cry. We reflect. We hold space for it all.

We also talk about what happens when you stop running from yourself. The importance of sitting with what is present, feeling it, and allowing it to move through you. Juuso speaks beautifully to this, offering grounded insight and encouragement.

We also share more about what's coming in GUIDED — a new cycle of teachings focused on the body, the chakra system, and the five elements. This work continues to reveal itself through us, and we're honoured to walk it alongside our community.

This is a spacious, gentle conversation that invites you to come home to your body — and to yourself. * * *

When Time Loops Back to Set You Free Jul 09, 2025

Show notes

In this episode, time bends - presenting themes I first experienced in February, now returned in July. But this time, something has softened. I share how past lives of poverty and homelessness resurfaced, how I met myself in physical form through another soul, and how a dear sister helped me clear it - then and now.

I speak on the kinks we carry in our energy field, how natural disasters mirror inner kinks, and why these repeating loops are invitations into deeper presence.

Unity consciousness is calling. Masculine and feminine must come into balance. We are being asked to let go, to allow, and to remember:

This moment is not separate from any other. All is now. All is love. All is you.

Come home.

JULY: It's Not What You Think It Is – A Story I Never Planned to Tell Jul 02, 2025

Show notes

For the first time in six years, I am not channeling the Akashic Records for the month ahead. Something else wants to be shared instead — we are called to presence.

In this episode, I share a story I never thought I would tell. A moment that changed everything. Yogananda came to me in 2020, again in 2023, and most recently — on June 9, 2025. This is the story of that journey, the message he gave me, and the mission Juuso and I have incarnated for. This episode is shared in place of July Akashic Guidance.

This is why we've created GUIDED — to serve this movement of awakening.

From Diagnosis to Awakening: A Journey of Kundalini and Community Jun 25, 2025

Show notes

In this tender and illuminating episode, I open with reflections on the energetic shifts moving through my life right now. I share the story of a guardian spider who watched over our home and has now disappeared, and a tree that stood strong in our yard until it had to be cut down. These signs in nature often mirror what's stirring within - and this episode is full of that reflection.

I'm also joined by our beautiful GUIDED sister Bethany, who vulnerably shares a deeply personal journey through a recent health crisis and the spiritual awakening that emerged from it. What began as an intense diagnosis became a portal - into deeper connection, healing, and the sacred fire of Kundalini rising. Through spiritual practice, voice activation, and the loving presence of our GUIDED community, Bethany has witnessed a profound shift in her energy, clarity, and wellness.

If you're moving through a season of transformation - whether in your health, your home, or your heart - may this episode remind you that you are not alone. You are deeply held, always guided, and always supported.

Join us in GUIDED for more sacred stories like this one, and a space to rise together.

Solstice, Cycles, and the Bringing Light to What Has Always Been Here Jun 18, 2025

Show notes

In this episode, I speak through the lens of exhaustion, softness, and truth — reflecting on the cycles that shape our lives and the fire of awareness that the Summer Solstice brings.

I explore the natural rhythm of birth, death, and rebirth, and how transformation often feels less like becoming something new and more like dissolving what you never were. When your consciousness evolves, the world around you doesn't necessarily change — your perception of it does. Every cycle, every moment, becomes an invitation to smooth out an energetic kink, to meet yourself more clearly, and to step closer to the Divine within.

In the beginning of the episode, Juuso joins me to share the story behind his art — and how opening our webshop was not a beginning, but a remembering. This expression has been here since the beginning. We simply had to walk the path to see it.

This episode is an ode to trusting the cycle… even when you're tired. Even when you don't know what's next. Even when you're already in the middle of it.

Unplug from the Illusion: Only Love is Real Jun 11, 2025

Show notes

This episode opens under the light of the Sagittarius full moon, closing a cycle that began on December 1st, 2024. I reflect on the journey since then — what has shifted, what has ended, and what is now being revealed.

What follows is a raw Satsang recording from Sunday, June 8th. In it, I speak on unplugging from the program — seeing God in everyone and everything. No one is special. No one is separate. The dream of individuality is part of the illusion — and we are awakening from it.

The episode closes with a teaching on the Line Activation, the spiritual practice we offer through A Line Within. I share how this practice prepares the body for Kundalini awakening — ancient yogic science remembered in a new form. Thank you for listening! If you feel called to support our family during this time of energetic check-ins, your generosity means so much. We are deeply grateful.

You're Being Recalibrated Jun 04, 2025

Show notes

A solar storm is not just energy - it's a sacred activation. And this month, we're in the middle of a wave of them. In this episode, I share how these cosmic surges are guiding us into a deep internal recalibration - especially within the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras.

You'll also hear a story about a prayer plant, spider mites, and an unexpected sacrifice - an analogy for fear, distraction, and creative resistance. You'll also be reminded: fear cannot be healed through the mind. True peace and abundance begin in the heart, not in control or in the pursuit of more.

This episode explores what it means to truly let go, to surrender the survival programming, and to remember: abundance is a frequency of peace, not accumulation.
