While sitting on the beach meditating and knitting, Ashley heard that this is what you need to hear today -- and so, the episode was made. In this short episode, Ashley explores the relationship between the nervous system and intuition.

When the body is in survival mode, clear consciousness is unavailable. Intuition cannot rise above urgency, pressure, or chronic activation. In a world that rewards anger, reaction, and constant engagement, choosing peace is a powerful act.

This episode is a reminder to rest, to slow down, to feel what is present without overwhelm, and to create space by saying no, asking for help, delegating, and stepping back from what keeps the system activated.

A regulated nervous system creates clarity. From that clarity, intuition becomes strong, trustworthy, and grounded.

FEBRUARY Akashic Guidance: Embodied Sovereignty Jan 28, 2026

Save this episode. Listen to it carefully. Return to it often throughout February and the rest of 2026. February 1st, according to the Akashic Records, is the Energetic New Year and the energy of this month really sets the stage, tone and direction for the remainder of the year. The Akashic Guidance spoke clearly - "You must feel. Is your spine straight? You can be both compassionate and home within yourself."

In today's episode, Ashley begins by channeling the Akashic Guidance from the Akashic Records for the month. Then, she invites Faith on to look at the era-definining astrology that's opening in February and what we are to learn from all of this. Grounding. Embodiment. Soverignty.
