    Episode 9 - The Amazing Adelle Tracey! Feb 24, 2019

    In Episode 9, we spoke to GB International Adelle Tracey. Adelle has been improving year on year, PBing every year since she was 14! That has now taken her to World Champs Semi Finals, 2 x fourth place finishes at the European champs and a 1:59 800m!
    Adelle is also a model, professional make up artist and was an Olympic torch bearer in 2012!
    In this episode we talk about what it's like finishing 4th at major champs, the heartbreak of not going to Rio in 2016 and as always...mixed up with some light-hearted chit chat!

    In this weeks episode, we spoke to former World Indoor 800m finalist, Jimmy Watkins.
    Jimmy retired soon after the world indoors to focus on his music career, which took him around the world and to festivals like Leeds & Reading!

    Kyle finished a controversial 4th place at the World Championships in London 2017. Not long after the championships, 3rd place finisher, Kipyegon Bett failed a drugs test. Kyle then went on to get a silver medal at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
    In this episode we chat about the last two years, moving forward into 2019 and as always, mixing it up with some light hearted chat and giving you a chance to get to know the man behind the athlete.

    He trains his group out of Cardiff university which includes names like superstar junior, Jake Heyward and internationals like Ieuan Thomas & Tom Marshall .

    In episode two, we chatted to Irish international and 2:15 marathoner, Stephen Scullion.
    Stephen has a unique story which involves turning to whisky and rugby before making an impressive comeback to the sport. As well as this, we talk about marathon running, dealing with difficult emotions, the financial struggles of being a full time athlete and mix it all up with some light-hearted chat about who he is as a person.
