Mandy is also an Executive Assistant and Marketing Manager at Bellisio Foods and an ambassador for Shift Up Now, which is a collective of female racers that uses motorsports to inspire a women both on and off the track.

She is also an FIA licensed Saleen S1 race car driver, and ran in the Saleen Cup in conjunction with the Blancpain GT World Challenge America.
