Stay ConnectedTeams are worth fighting for! The Team Church Podcast with Kevin Gerald is created for leaders of all shapes and sizes. Our purpose is to build teams that build the church.
In each episode, we are going to have the conversations that every team needs to be having. We will start the conversation and our hope is that your team will finish the conversation so we can all move church forward!

You are incredible. No really, you are! This month's episode is all about encouragement. Something seemingly so small, could very possibly be the thing that will take your team and your culture to the next level. We talk about creating a culture of encouragement in your organization (3:15) and give you five points about encouragement (13:44). Listen to this episode, talk with your teams, and tell somebody how incredible they are!
In this podcast, we pull from one of the points of our very first episode. That is, the speed with which you lead. We chat for a bit on the dumb dichotomy of "getting it right" vs "doing it fast" (1:32) and explain that this is not a one or the other situation. We should strive to get things right, while doing it fast. We follow that up by giving you three reasons why we lead fast (9:53), talk about urgency (19:02), and close things up by guiding you and your teams to ask each other, "What can I do, and what can we do, to increase speed?" (21:45).
Individual leadership won't get you very far. In the first episode, Kevin Gerald talks about some of the keys to leading like a team.

In this episode, Pastor Kevin shares his heart for the Team Church tribe along with some vision for this new resource. Our heart is for this space to serve as a catalyst for health for you and your team.
