Funnels are a tremendous way to connect with your customers. They're open at the top because that's where you bring in your new customers. As the funnel narrows, you're taking your customers are a journey through your business and building a relationship as do. The funnel ends at the bottom where you've earned the right (hopefully) to ask for the sale. However, it doesn't need to end there. The relationship you develop with your customers is life-long and is continually developed and improved upon.

I've tried going to bed early but when 6 AM comes around, I was always still tired. I didn't have a solution so I just continued on. Eventually, I came across the book - The Miracle Morning and it has changed the way I start my day. It's amazing how much more energy I have and how much better I feel every day.

There are 3 kinds of Facebook Ad audiences. Cold, Warm, and hot. Cold audiences are comprised of people who aren't yet aware of your brand. Warm audiences are people who have heard of you and hot audiences are people who already know, like, and trust you. Facebook also allows you to create custom and lookalike audiences. Where do they fit in our spectrum?
