Stay ConnectedThe official podcast of Mike Adams At His Honest Weight.
Have you ever wondered what life is like for a big time successful American Rock n Roll band? Jump into the van with Mike Adams At His Honest Weight and experience life on the road for yourself!
A Goose Caboose, a broken key emergency, a hit and run, three shows…and stick around until the end for a very exclusive special offer (really)!
You know…there’ve been times when The Boys have had to overcome great technical challenges and difficulties to bring this quality program to The People, but perhaps none more daunting than today’s episode. Featuring special guest; Bloomington, Indiana living treasure, Nick Romy!
Ok, now we’re cooking with gas! The technology is basically figured out, more or less. But, all of The Boys had rides home from the show with Their Persons®, so Mike and AD have to carry the entire episode. Lucky for all of us, these two windbags never, ever run out of dumb stuff to say.
While I wouldn’t call it triumphant, per se, it is technically the return of The Boys! Although, technically speaking, this episode is challenged. But what is life without challenges? Boring. A real fat snoozer. But never fear! This episode is packed with thrilling, exciting, damning challenges and redemption.
…in which Mike and Jess could maybe benefit from a marriage counselor. Or, at least a few hours sleep.
After a serious fancy-pants luncheon, Mike and Jess hit the road to make the classic Rock n Roll trek from Chicago (home of Chicago, Smashing Pumpkins, Disturbed, Capn Jazz) to Detroit (KISS, Promotmartyr, Twiztid)
The haunted ghost of Prince himself smiles down on Mike and Jess as they interact with the fine staff at 7th Street entry before scarfing some Denny’s®, and making their way to Chicago.
Mike’s mood has turned around after a wonderful time with an old friend. Jess continues to drive, and the equipment continues to be suspect.
A bunch of TVTT firsts going on here. First time on tour as a duo, first time using this questionable recording equipment, first time in a few of these cities…It’s a thrill a minute. Join Mike and Jess as they recount the first show of the trip and talk about the mental state of suddenly entering into a weeklong tour.
