    Patrick Johnson joins me on the podcast. Patrick is a former Australian sprinter who is the current Oceanian and Australian record holder in the 100 metres with a time of 9.93 seconds, achieved in Mito, Japan, on 5 May 2003. With the time he became the first person not of African ancestry to break the 10 second barrier. He represented Australia at the Olympic Games in 2000 and 2004, won a bronze medal at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in the 4 x 100 metres relay and reached the finals in both the 100m and 200 m at 2006 Commonwealth Games. We chat growing up on a boat, learning multiple language, not racing till 24 years of age, being wanted by the Canberra Raiders & Nth Qld Cowboys, rivalry with Matt Shirvington, breaking the magic 10 second barrier and much more.

    NRL legend Craig Wing joins me on the podcast. Craig is a former professional rugby league & rugby union player with his career taking him around the world. In league he debuted for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and played 256 first grade games for the Rabbitohs and Sydney Roosters winning a grand final for the Roosters in 2002. He played 12 State of Origins for NSW, 17 tests for Australia. Switching to Japanese Rugby he played 7 seasons and represented the Japanese national side on 11 occasions. On the show we chat transition from footy, choosing league over union, handling the Rabbitohs being cut from the league, why he went to the Roosters over the Broncos & Brumbies, Roosters memories to becoming a Japanese International in rugby.

    NRL legend Danny Buderus joins me on the podcast. Danny is a former professional rugby league player for the Newcastle Knights and Leeds Rhinos. He played 339 first grade games scoring 76 trys and 1 goal. His reprentative career saw him play 21 state of origins for NSW which included the honor of being captain while also playing 24 tests for Australia. Post footy, Danny is assistant coach to Brad Fittler for the NSW State of Origin team and is also an analyst on Fox Sports. We chat coaching, growing up in Taree, being passed on by the Dragons, nearly being lost to the Mariners, learning to become a hooker, working out Joey Johns, leadership lessons from Freddie Fittler and many more great stories from his illustrious career.

George is a former professional rugby league player who played 154 first grade games across the Sydney Roosters, Manly Sea Eagles, St George Illawarra Dragons and Melbourne Storm. He won a premiership with Manly in 2011 and presented the Indigenous All Stars on 6 occasions and was awarded the Preston Campbell Medal for his man of the match performance in the All Star Games 2015. Post footy he is a community and player engagement manager at the NRL, Television presenter on Over the Black Dot which airs on NITV and boxing promoter through No Limit Boxing which he runs with his brother Matt. We chat becoming a boxing promoter, bringing lil Bow Wow to Walgett, making it in Sydney, Freddy Fittler, moving to Manly, 2011 Grand Final, his dislike of Melbourne but moved there and much more.

He's been following the Parramatta Eels for over 30 years and attended every Parramatta match last year (home and away) which included trips to Darwin, Brisbane, Townsville and Melbourne.     Mat Rogers joins me on the podcast. Mat is a former professional rugby league & rugby union player and the son of league great Steve Rogers. He was a dual international with rugby league career seeing him feature in 200 first grade games for the Cronulla Sharks & Gold Coast Titans scoring 106 trys and 465 goals. His representative career included 5 state of origins for Queensland and 11 test matches for Australia winning the Wold Cup in 2000. He crossed over to rugby union with the NSW Waratahs in 2002 with 40 game career and 45 test matches for the Wallabies. Away from the game with his wife Chole Maxwell is the co-founder of the charity 4asdkids and co-produced the TV show Maxing Out.

He played 272 first grade games for the Bulldogs scoring 79 trys and 5 field goals. He captained the club to Premierships in 1984 & 1985 while was a part of premiership winning teams of 1980 & 1988. His representative career included 9 State of Origins for NSW and led the Blues to their first ever series win and has 9 test caps for Australia. Steve is inductee 79 into the NRL Hall of Fame.     League legends Paul Sculthorpe and Ruben Wiki are my special guests in a double episode bonus of the podcast.

    Paul Sculthorpe is a legend of British rugby league with his distinguished career spanning 13 years and 325 first grade games across Warrington and St Helens. His achievements included 26 test caps for Great Britain including being National captain and the only player to ever win back to back Man of Steel awards. He also played in 3 premiership wins in 1999, 2000 & 2002, played in 4 Challenge cup wins in 2001, 2004, 2006 and 2008 and 2 World Club Challenge wins in 2001 & 2007.

    Ruben Wiki is a legend of the NRL with his illustrious career spanning 311 first grade games for the Canberra Raiders and NZ Warriors. We won a premiership with the Raiders in 1994 and he represented New Zealand in a record 55 tests and was test captain on 18 occasions.
