    Strettycast S2 Ep2 - It's not where you're from, it's where you're at Aug 13, 2015
    Show notes

Lead singer of the Stone Roses Ian Brown once said 'it's not where you're from, it's where you're at.'

That is exactly the case for New Jersey red Sean Miller, who speaks to the Strettycast about his monthly stays in Manchester and how he loves to travel home and away with United.

Miller is a journalist that has done work previously for Stretty News TV. I felt his story was a decent one and asked him on the podcast for a conversation about things Manchester United, the city and following the side from America.

You can find Sean on Twitter - @TheProdigalSean

P.S. Last week's podcast hit over 1,000 listens on audioBoom and we cannot thank you more for helping us achieve that. Fingers crossed that listenership becomes the norm.

The Villa preview will be recorded and uploaded on Friday morning if not Thursday night.

Strettycast S2 Ep 1 - Di Bottler and some baby faced controversy Aug 06, 2015
    Show notes

For the first Strettycast of the 2015/15 campaign, I am joined by Norwegian journalist Jonas Giæver, Stretty News columnist 'Mike Loudmouth' and Stretty News TV regular Steve White.

On the show we discuss Angel Di Maria's move to Paris Saint-Germain, Pedro looking likely and a controversy surrounding Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. If Ed Woodward or Louis van Gaal decide to listen, we have defensive recommendations set out before the transfer window closes.

The panel also give offer some insight on Manchester United's first Premier League encounter of the new season. None expecting Spurs to be a walk in the park.

    Strettycast Episode 6 - Special guest Hector Ó hEochagáin Mar 31, 2015
    Show notes

Apologies for not podcast last week. Dale had a chest infection and thought it would be better not to cough repeatedly into a microphone despite being overjoyed with the 2-1 victory at Anfield.

Dale is joined by Irish TV and radio personality Hector Ó hEochagáin, who shares mutual interests such as Manchester United, fans having a say in their football club and having a good craic.

Hector opens up about his FC United documentaries, interviewing Roy Keane and what he learned when visiting Ander Herrera's home (Basque region of Spain).

If wife of Jonny Evans, Hayley, is listening Hector sends you kisses and hugs.

    Strettycast Episode 5 - Reassurance Mar 16, 2015
    Show notes

A reaction to Manchester United's comfortable win over Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend. Dale believes Blind is currently a better left back than Shaw and Mata deserves a starting place against Liverpool on Sunday.

Are City now involved in the rat-race more so than a challenge at the title?

Strettycast Episode 4 - Spurs preview with The Fighting Cock Mar 10, 2015
    Show notes

I am joined by Flav of The Fighting Cock to preview Sunday's clash against Tottenham Hotspur. Flav writes, talks and does all sorts of work on his beloved club and features on the Strettycast to tell us all about it.

SPOILER ALERT Flav predicts a 5-0 Spurs win (no, don't worry, we won't be asking him on again)

You can also find The Fighting Cock online here: thefightingcock.co.uk. They’re also on Facebook and tweet as @lovetheshirt.

Strettycast Episode 2 - Joined by Arsenal blogger Jim Haryott Mar 09, 2015
    Show notes

Gutted. Manchester United have just been knocked out of the FA Cup after reaching the quarter finals and Arsenal, therefore, reach the further stages of the competition. A Danny Welbeck goal proved to be the winner, although much of the talk in tomorrow's newspapers will be Angel Di Maria's sending off.

Jim Haryott of eastlower.co.uk joined me after the game as a member of the opposition.

Stretty News Strettycast Episode 1 - Difficult to justify Mar 08, 2015
    Show notes

The first Strettycast podcast is an introduction. I talk about Jonny Evans' spitting ban and the bizarre time & date set for Manchester United's FA Cup quarter-final encounter with Arsenal.

Stay tuned for an interview with a Manchester United supporting musician in the coming days.
