Dear Steve and Shirley, my husband and I have been married for a year now, and since then, we have both gained a considerable amount of weight. I've gained at least 40 pounds, which is totally unacceptable for me. This extra weight has caused me to have extreme self-esteem issues, so I have changed my eating habits, I go to the gym more and I started taking an herbal supplement that my trainer recommended to increase my stamina and burn fat. The supplement gives me so much energy and I'm able to do way more reps at the gym than ever before! I can also see a few pounds dropping, so I need to keep using them............
