Stunning Admission: Jack Smith Declares His Team Tampered with the Evidence May 06, 2024

The "classified documents" case against President Trump is falling apart. The Special Council prosecuting the case, Jack Smith, admitted in a court filing that his team altered or manipulated the documents seized by the FBI from Trump's Mar-A-Lago home. The admission amounts to nothing short of evidence tampering by the prosecution. The judge needs to immediately dismiss this case.

This is just another example of prosecutorial misconduct by the Deep State in it's effort to "get Trump" at all costs. Jack Smith admitted his team jumbled the chronological order of the documents in both the physical and digital form. This is a critical mistake because the Trump Team insists the documents where in chronological order as the President received them and it proves there was no attempt to go through them and destroy them, as the prosecution claims.

The stunning admission serves as more proof, either Jack Smith is incompetent or devious. Either way it is a disgrace.

BlackRock, a major Wall Street firm, is investing millions of dollars in an estimated 30 Chinese military-linked companies sanctioned by the U.S. government, according to a think tank report prepared for Congress.

Additionally, BlackRock, which manages retirement assets for millions of Americans, has invested in companies working on China’s large-scale nuclear weapons buildup, said the Coalition for a Prosperous America.

This needs to stop. The United States needs to stand up and divest from China and put an end to the madness that will lead to our destruction.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has cautioned his US counterpart Antony Blinken against stepping on China's "red lines” at a meeting between the two countries' top diplomats in Beijing.

Mr Wang acknowledged the China-US relationship was beginning to stabilize, but said it was still being tested by "negative factors".

After meeting China's President Xi Jinping, Mr Blinken stressed the need to "communicate clearly about our differences".

This was to "minimize the risk of miscalculation and misunderstandings".

New York's highest court ruled the judge tainted the jury by allowing witness to testify about subjects that had nothing to do with the case against him. This is exactly what is happening in the New York court room where President Trump is being tried on a sham records keeping case.

For 3 days the CEO of the National Enquirer has been testifying about things that have nothing to do with the underlying allegations against Trump. His testimony is only to serve as a way to make the jury think President Trump is unscrupulous. It amounts to a prosecutorial trick. If New York's highest court rules that these types of witnesses, that serve only to taint the minds of the jury, are wrong in a convicted sex offender case, it should be wrong in a case against a former President.

While this is happening, The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments in the Presidential immunity case that will have far reaching ramifications on ever case brought against President Trump by these deceitful leftists prosecutors across the country.
