A BEAST of an episode today, with the main events being a College Football Primer and a breakdown of the much anticipated, Blaiden hyped, Kanye release of his album, DONDA.
First, the guys quickly discuss the Larry Nance Jr. trade to the Blazers and Lauri Markannen to the Cavs. Who won this trade? Will the Blazers benefit enough to compete in the West?
Then, the fellas dip into the NFL with News and pre-season chatter.
J.K. Dobbins is out for the year with an ACL tear. What are the repercussions of that and is Gus Edwards going to the be the only back in town? Are the guys high on Gus for fantasy or are they waiting to see what happens?
Jameis Winston is now the starter for the Saints! Does that change the win totals the trio have for the Sean Payton led club.
And, Gardner Minshew has been traded to the Eagles, forwarding the Stay Hot narrative that the Eagles hate Jalen Hurts.
Finally, rounding out the news, Shanahan had to get a little goofy in the final Pre-Season game and implement a two QB rotation with Lance And Jimmy G. Will this continue into the regular season? And is it worth it?
The guys get into one of two main events of the episode with a College Football Primer.
Topics discussed: The expansion of the playoffs. Do we like it or hate it? Will it add parity to a very top heavy system?
They Get into the transfer rules and how it might help spread the talent throughout the NCAA. The guys get into some sleeper picks for who could do well in the playoffs and then they finish out with their picks for the Heisman Trophy.
To finish off this banger, the boys, led by Kanye Super fan Blaiden Kirk, deep dive Kanye’s Donda.
