KENOBI TALKS TO QUI-GON ABOUT ANAKIN'S DOWNFALL AFTER ORDER 66 Apr 19, 2022

Show notes

In the novel, Kenobi, which is legends, Obi-Wan Kenobi speaks to Qui-Gon (without a response) as to many things regarding Anakin and his fall to the dark side, becoming a Sith Lord. At this point Obi-Wan still thinks Anakin is dead, and doesn't understand or know about the truth behind Vader's transformation. He talks about Anakin's lightsaber which I thought was fascinating as we know he completely changes the look before handing it off to Luke in A New Hope. I think the consistencies or perhaps, lack thereof in the Kenobi show from the Kenobi book, will be interesting to contrast and compare, nonetheless.
