    The Grim and the Great of the Madrid Derby, WSL Returns, and More Sep 21, 2022

They begin in Germany, where Union remained top, Bayern lost again to Augsburg, and Dortmund won the derby against Schalke (02:32). Finally, they answer a few questions on De Zerbi, expanding the Women’s Champions League, and more.

    Union Top of the Bundesliga and What's Up With Juventus? Sep 12, 2022

    Musa and Ryan are on the move, recording in a cafe at the airport for the very first time! They touch on football being suspended in the U.K. (3:16) before talking about some of the football that did occur. They start with Boca’s Superclàsico win over River Plate (6:24), before moving on to the Bundesliga, where Union are top, Freiburg are second, and Bayern drew their third game in a row (9:25). They head to La Liga, which saw a life saved in no small part thanks to Cádiz goalkeeper Jeremias Ledesma (19:25). They wrap up in Serie A, which saw late wins for Napoli, Milan, and Inter (26:43), and more struggles for Juventus (28:14).

    Tuchel Out, Potter In, and the Champions League Is a Go! Sep 08, 2022

    The group stage of this year’s Champions League got underway this week, so Musa and Ryan begin by rounding up some seismic results from Matchday 1. They start in Leipzig, where Shakhtar pulled off a shocking 4-1 win that cost Domenico Tedesco his job (08:16). Plus, they heap praise on Napoli for their win over Liverpool (12:41), and discuss a Richarlison double that helped Spurs beat Marseille (18:12), fun Celtic (22:36) and the rest of the action, as well as Keira Walsh’s move to Barcelona (34:47). In Part 2, they discuss Thomas Tuchel being sacked by Chelsea and Graham Potter taking charge, including what it means for both men and the direction of the club (36:39).

    Manchester United Win the Stadio Derby Sep 05, 2022

    It was the Stadio Derby this weekend, so Musa and Ryan reflect on Manchester United’s 3-1 over Arsenal at Old Trafford (02:57), which saw a debut goal for Antony and two for Marcus Rashford. They then wrap up some other Premier League results (20:14) and reluctantly discuss VAR (27:41), head over to Milan for another derby, where Milan beat Inter in San Siro (34:09) and round-up some over results around Europe, including Freiburg being top of the Bundesliga (41:07) and Villarreal yet to concede a goal in La Liga (46:37).
