In our 93rd episode (Irán twittea), Alejandra, Pilar, Luisa, Montse y Coral are watching Nigth TV News. They are talking about the iranian election results where the last president Ahmadineyad has been reelected. This reelection caused an unprecedented social reaction in favor of one of the reformist candidates, Musavi.
Musavi´s supporters and the world political analysts agree to affirm that the iranian election has not been clear and it had some unexplained irregularities.

Están dando los resultados de las elecciones iraníes en las que el anterior presidente, Mahmud Ahmadineyad ha sido reelegido, lo que ha provocado una reacción social sin precedentes a favor de uno de los candidatos reformistas, Mir Husein Mosaví.
Los seguidores de Mosaví y una buena parte de los analistas políticos de todo el mundo coinciden en afirmar que las elecciones no han sido limpias, así como que ha habido irregularidades en el proceso electoral.

In our 92nd episode (¡Macanudo!) Carlota traveled to Buenos Aires to attend a Spanish as a Foreing Language Meeting. When she arrived Noemí is waiting for her at the airport.
Noemí lived in Barcelona for five years and Carlota and her became good friends in that time.
Noemí came back to Buenos Aires three years ago but the both friends have kept in touch all the time. Now Carlota traveled to Buenos Aires and she going to stay at Noemí´s home. They are chatting the whole way with a dialogue full of words of the lunfardo, the characteristic speech of Buenos Aires area.

En nuestro episodio nº 92 (¡Macanudo!) Carlota ha ido a Buenos Aires para asistir a un congreso de Español Lengua Extranjera (ELE). Cuando llega, su amiga Noemí la está esperando en el aeropuerto.
Noemí vivió cinco años en Barcelona y durante ese tiempo, ella y Carlota se hicieron grandes amigas.
Han pasado tres años desde que Carlota volvió a su país y ambas han mantenido su amistad intacta. Ahora, por fin, Carlota viaja a Buenos Aires. Va a alojarse en casa de su amiga. Este es el diálogo que mantienen durante el trayecto desde el aeropuerto hasta la casa de Noemí, diálogo plagado de términos de lunfardo, las palabras más coloquiales y características del habla de los porteños, de los habitantes de Buenos Aires en este caso.

In our 90th episode (Me duele la espalda) we will talking about Lucia´s health trouble. She is interior designer and she hurts her back for some months. She visited to the doctor and he adviced her to have a ray-X to know what´s the problem. Lucía comes back to the doctor to know what she should make to improve her trouble.
En nuestro episodio nº 90 (“Me duele la espalda”) tratamos un problema de salud de Lucía. Ella es diseñadora. Hace ya meses que le duele la espalda. Fue al traumatólogo y éste le mandó hacerse unas radiografías. Ahora, Lucía vuelve al mismo especialista para que le interprete las radiografías y le aconseje qué debe hacer para aliviar su dolor e iniciar un proceso de mejoría que la lleve a la desaparición total de las molestias.

In our 89th episode (Dieta mediterránea), Jorge and Paco are making the first page of their restaurant menu. Jorge will lead the restaurant, but Paco is heping him diary because he feels this project like his own project.They want to include in the first page of menu a little explanation of the mediterranean diet to describe delicious and mediterranean recepies of the restaurant. Most of these recipies will be fusion cuisine recipies, mediterranean recipies with east cooking elements.

En nuestro episodio nº 89 (Dieta Mediterránea) Jorge y Paco están confeccionando la primera página de la carta de su restaurante. El restaurante lo llevará Jorge, pero Paco está ayudándole a diario porque también siente el proyecto como propio.Quieren que la primera página de la carta de platos contenga una pequeña explicación de la dieta mediterránea, en la que se basará una parte de las recetas del restaurante, aunque muchas de ellas serán de fusión, o sea, cocina mediterránea con elementos de cocina asiática.

In our 88th episode (Elixir de la eterna juventud) we will talk about the red wine. Do you take some wine with your meals?, what do you drink to go along your lunch? In Spain, one important part of people use to take wine with their main meal of the day, even when they take a set menu on working days, in a restaurant close to their home. Since few years a serie of researches have been studying the beneficial properties of red wine on the general health and specifically on the heart health benefits. If you drink moderately, one or two wineglasses, you could prolong considerably your life and you could being in good shape over the years.

En nuestro episodio número 88 (Elixir de la eterna juventud) vamos a hablar sobre el vino tinto. ¿Tú tomas vino en tus comidas?, ¿qué sueles beber para acompañar tus platos? En España, una parte importante de la población suele tomar vino con la comida o con la cena, incluso cuando toma el menú del día los días de trabajo, en el restaurante del barrio. Desde hace años, se habla de las propiedades benéficas del vino sobre la salud en general, y más concretamente sobre la salud del corazón en particular. Beber con moderación, una o dos copas de vino tinto al día, puede contribuir a alargar tu vida considerablemente y a mantenerte en forma durante mucho más tiempo.

The year 2009 is the 150th anniversary of the publication of On the Origin of Species (november 1859) and the 200 anniversary of Charles Darwin´s birth. Darwin´s ideas meant a big impact over our understanding of the world.
Alejandra attended to one talk about evolutionism and creationism and after that she came to home and she explained to her freinds what was the matter after the lecture.

En nuestro episodio número 86 (“Papá Adán, Mamá Bacteria”) vamos a hablar de evolucionismo y creacionismo (huuuuuuy, qué dificil...ja ja ja...¡nada de eso!, fácil y divertido).
2009 es el año en el que se conmemora el 150 aniversario del Origen de las Especies (noviembre de 1859) y el ducentésimo (200) aniversario del nacimiento de Charles Darwin. Las ideas de Darwin supusieron un gran impacto sobre nuestra comprensión del mundo.
