James White's Continued Critique of Andy Stanley Jan 16, 2019

Show notes

Dr. Leighton Flowers continues to reply to Dr. White's fallacious critique of the Andy Stanley interview and corrects White's misunderstanding of the debate over Middle Knowledge even among Calvinists. Several notable Calvinists, such as Dr. Bruce Ware of Southern Seminary, affirm Middle Knowledge because they understand (as does Dr. Flowers) that it is not synonymous with affirming the whole of Molina's philosophy.

Andy Stanley on Calvinism's Impact in the Local Church Dec 18, 2018

Show notes

Andy Stanley, Pastor of North Point Community Church in Georgia, joins Leighton to discuss the practical impact of Calvinism in the Southern Baptist Convention and the local church.

Some expressed concerns about Andy's "unhitching from the OT" comments and I feel as if his interview with Dr. Michael Brown clear that issue up, which you can listen to here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7Jcu03lJso
