Stoners, Tish the Dish is MIA!! Ok, well her SNL rehearsals are just running extra late, but unfortunately that means she can’t record this week. Luckily, Brandi has enlisted a friend (and perhaps future SWS host if Tish doesn’t watch her step!) Olivia Caridi. Olivia joins us already tipsy and ready to spill the tea, and with her adorable pup Gemma by her side also chiming in, she’s prepared to jump in as cohost. First the two catch up, discussing finals, upcoming trips, and the brutal dating scene in NYC before Olivia shares all the details on her Mom’s move to Nashville and the beautiful new home she’s created in this week’s high design, and we can’t wait for the dynamic duo of Tish and Dana to take the town by storm! Plus, the ladies discuss some of their favorite shows and as they get into Younger, Olivia shares her fave moment meeting the iconic Hillary Duff along with some other fun New York City adventures. Finally in this week’s Dear MT Dear OC, they share tips on getting the most out of national parks, discuss their favorite European countries to visit and give some solid cocktail recommendations for the Stoners. An Architectural Digest Dream Come True, Birthday Bashes, and Virgin Vocal Chords May 06, 2021

Huge news, Stoners — Brandi smoked some weed last week!!! And she had a great time doing it too, but her throat is somehow *still* sore days later, which Tish blames on her delicate, unmarred vocal chords, and she’s already got big plans to introduce Brandi to some of her favorite bongs for a smoother hit. Meanwhile, Tish has been having an amazing week, she had an early birthday party that was so much fun (and gave Brandi some serious FOMO), the AD feature on her and Mat Sanders’ work on Miley’s house went out and it was everything she could have hoped for and more, AND she sold her very first scripted show!!! Well, she won’t totally trust it until it’s happening, but Tish’s adventures in Hollywood may just be taking an upward turn! After diving deep into her work on Miley’s house in this week’s High Design (and responding to a few particularly annoying comments, since 240 Twitter characters just wouldn’t have cut it), Tish and Brandi start reminiscing on the old Fanfare and touring days with BR in Dear MT. They also discuss mental tactics and practices to help deal with anxiety attacks, Mother’s Day, and Tish gets honest about the evolution of her awareness over time and how her children have helped her see and understand the LGBTQ+ communities, something she simply didn’t think much about growing up. Ultimately for Tish, God is Love and Love is Love and it’s as simple as that. And we love all of you so much Stoners, thank you for listening and see you next week!

90s Brows, Swiss Mountains, and Gratitude Apr 29, 2021

Can you believe it is already about to be May, Stoners??? Tish cannot believe time has flown by so fast, but she’s excited to get back to planting and break out some of her favorite cute new summer shoes, although right now she’s stuck with an unwelcome accessory. That’s right people, Tish is in an orthopedic boot! She made it to the doctor and not only is her toe broken, but her whole foot is a little messed up, so for now she’s stuck rocking Prada on one foot and a boot on the other. Meanwhile, Brandi is ready to start planning some spa days for when Tish comes out to Nashville this summer and they both definitely need some brow shaping (although they’re not quite sure on the look to go for, thoughts Stoners?) Then, in this week’s Dear MT, Tish discusses how practicing gratitude and love helps her feel close to God while Brandi shares her favorite ways to connect with God in nature. Plus, the ladies start fantasizing about some great travel destinations once the world starts opening up and give some tips on a durable but beachy home remodel. Less than a month out from her birthday, a super stoned Tish is contemplating the nature of life: what if we didn’t have birthdays? Would we even age at all?? Brandi’s a bit more skeptical, but all she does know is that Tish seems to be aging backwards. This week, Brandi is enjoying the lovely weather in Nashville and spending tons of time outside, and also tons of time tracking her phone down every time it falls out of her pocket (thanks for nothing, Find My iPhone!) But Tish sees a new business opportunity to fill a need for consumers, whether it’s phone cases with geo-tracking, perfectly sized duvet covers, or non-plastic pour over coffee containers, she can’t stop the million dollar ideas!! And while Brandi isn’t quite as convinced, Tish isn’t letting anything bring her down today, not even after she broke her toe even *worse* than it was before. Tish is high on life (well, and some fantastic weed) and thrilled to have this week’s guest, Edie Parker’s Brett Heyman. Tish has been a huge fan of Brett’s work since the very start and since the launch of the cannabis accessory line, Flower By Edie Parker, she’s only fallen more in love with her products. Brett shares the beginning of the company and their iconic, artistic acrylic handbags and also talks about her decision to move into the cannabis space in a female-inclusive and focused way. Plus, she discusses the company’s ethos on cannabis, all about enjoyment and pleasure, and why she thinks sexual wellness may be the next frontier for cannabis products. Tish and Brett also talk about sexual education and discussion with their kids, and how sometimes Tish may get to know a little too much from the family’s super open lines of communication. Exploring New Places, Wedding Extravaganzas, and Broken Toes Apr 01, 2021

Tish has been having a wonderful week, practicing gratitude in the California sunshine — except for when she broke her toe!! Ok, so it may not be X-ray certified but all Tish knows is she tripped over some stairs and now her whole entire foot is black and blue and it is not pleasant. But other than that, she’s great! Meanwhile, Nashville has been seeing some of the worst flooding in recent years but Brandi is so grateful that only a small portion of her land was effected and all of the animals are safe in the barn (even if some of them are too dumb to find their own hay). The ladies also take a moment to discuss relationships after a friend was broken up with over the phone (guys, do better!!) and Brandi muses on ‘wedding season’ etiquette while Tish just can’t understand why anyone would want to draw a wedding out over 6 months. Brandi also has a delicious new munchie moment to shout out, courtesy of the one and only Dolly Parton, and they’ve got some new shows to recommend. A lot of our Stoners thought Tish and Noah looked so stunning on the Grammys red carpet (even though Tish was freezing her butt off in the new outdoor set-up) and Noah’s Schiaparelli gown was the statement piece of the night. And although there were definitely some memes, young Nicki made a great impact with her show-stopping look, and thatis Fashion, baby.
