Tragedy struck this week when Jay Briscoe, one half of the Ring of Honor tag team champions, was killed in an auto accident just shy of his 39th birthday. Today, I speak candidly on Jamin Pugh, the man, and Jay Briscoe, the wrestler... the circumstances of the accident, a medical update on his two daughters who suffered terrible injuries in the wreck, why The Briscoes will go down as one of the all-time great tag teams, personal memories of some key moments in his career including his time in House of Glory, the controversial tweets that followed him around for his career, why The Briscoes never landed in WWE (and it has nothing to do with tweets) and the HYPOCRISY of Warner Brothers Discovery not allowing Tony Khan to pay tribute to Jay on AEW TV. And then... WE'VE GOT A TON OF NEWS on Vince McMahon's latest hush money payment as part of his settlement with Rita Chatterton... Nick Khan's interview with Bill Simmons talking Vince's return, throwing shade at Tony Khan and one jaw-dropping comment that I could not believe... the major segment CANCELED for Raw XXX this Monday, what it's being replaced with and what it means for the status of The Rock at Wrestlemania... ROYAL RUMBLE 2023 PREDICTIONS for the winners and possible surprise entrants... New Japan and Pro Wrestling NOAH produce the hottest worked-shoot angle in years at Wrestle Kingdom... Sting and Darby Allin team with The Great Muta in his final match in the gimmick... MLW inks its biggest television deal to date... Kevin Nash's cryptic comments result in police being sent to his home and tons more.

On a MONSTER three hour episode, it was another week filled with McMahon family drama with Vince McMahon voted IN as the Executive Chairman of the Board and Stephanie McMahon OUT, resigning as Co-CEO of the company just days after telling employees there would be no management changes. Solomonster discusses why things may not be as they seem, the talent meeting Triple H led backsage at Smackdown and what he revealed about Vince McMahon's role, the shareholder lawsuit against Vince and why it will likely go nowhere, as well as the rumored SALE to Saudi Arabia, why a lot of wrestling reporters were left with egg on their faces and reports that Tony Khan and his family are interested in buying WWE (LOL). BUT THERE'S MORE... including the ridiculous figure Shane McMahon was paid for his lone appearance on WWE TV in 2022... WWE trying to halt discovery in the MLW lawsuit and what MLW wants them to hand over... Jay White possibly leaving New Japan for WWE or AEW... Mandy Rose speaks out for the first time since her WWE release... Ruby Soho bleeds a gusher on AEW Rampage... when Sting's AEW contract expires is finally revealed... NXT New Year's Evil review with an appearance by ANOTHER former WWE champion... 30 FOR 30 with the 30 greatest moments in 30 years of Monday Night Raw, ranked from least to best... and when all is said and done, who will end up with the better career, ROMAN REIGNS or CM PUNK?
