Rumors are swirling that TNA may land a deal with The CW Network or A&E and may well shift its TV to Wednesdays to directly compete with AEW. But make no mistake, this all ties into something far more than competition... WWE is on a mission to destroy AEW. I'll explain it all, including recent news on WWE booking a main roster PLE with John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar to run opposite All Out, and potentially booking John Cena's retirement match to air opposite Worlds End. TNA is just their useful idiot in a much larger game they're playing. ALSO... thoughts on the Karrion Kross interview with Ariel Helwani and why it would make NO SENSE for him to land in AEW... thoughts on the Hulk Hogan TMZ special on FOX and Vince McMahon's first interview since resigning from TKO... my TRIPLEMANIA XXXIII REVIEW as even more WWE elements seep into the product and how the lucha libre scene is thriving right now... AEW FORBIDDEN DOOR PREDICTIONS with thoughts on Konosuke Takeshita and the G1 Climax... and ranking the greatest BABYFACE TURNS in wrestling history. Plus, I saw WEAPONS in the theater and finally saw some other horror flicks, including Sinners, and have thoughts on that too!

Solomonster reviews WWE Smackdown from Boston, but wonders why he even bothered to do so. It didn't help that they were missing practically ALL of their major names, but that's no excuse to produce dreadfully boring, lifeless television like this. He tries to highlight the few bright spots and otherwise is brutally honest with his assessment of this show (and the SD women's title scene).

Solomonster reviews AEW Dynamite from Cincinnati and there was a LOT to digest on this show, maybe a little TOO MUCH. But with Forbidden Door less than two weeks away, it felt like they were rushing through things like the Adam Copeland/Christian Cage reunion, and the throwaway announcement that Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi will be returning at the PPV as part of a 10-man LIGHTS OUT steel cage match. Hangman Page also goaded MJF into cashing in his title match contract at Forbidden Door, but MJF had the last laugh by the end of the show.

Solomonster reviews WWE Smackdown from Montreal with John Cena (barely) addressing Brock Lesnar's attack from Summerslam and tagging with Cody Rhodes in the main event, with two new directions set for Clash in Paris. Plus, TWO MORE impromptu matches set up during the show, which begs the question... what the hell does Nick Aldis do all day backstage that there's time for so many impromptu matches om this show?
