When the Witchetty Grub discovers the witch casting spells onto the city he senses she simply needs a friend that cares about her and decides to look after her. He washes her face and hair, jumps on her warts, cleans her teeth and sews up her clothes! The witch adopts a new sense of calm and starts to appreciate the value of having a good friend in her life which stops her casting spells down onto the city. Isn't it remarkable what a new friend can do? Just one thing! Watch out for the cat!!!

The squirrels were waiting for Jack Frost to come and help them with the nuts but he hadn’t arrived yet. The next day he had come and the squirrels couldn’t wait to get started. They scampered around collecting nuts to help see them through the winter when along came three boys. The squirrels hid in their tree and saw that the boys also wanted to collect nuts. The squirrels were worried there would not be enough nuts for everyone. Bushy decided to help his family so down the tree he went.

Squinty and The Dog 🐖 Oct 13, 2020

👋 Hello friends! Recently in our local news was a wonderful article about a little piglet who "fell from the sky." Found on a back road of our home Prince Edward Island, this little piglet was rescued and adopted by Molly McGrath, who with her family runs South Shore Soaps on a small farm with 20 goats in DeSable, P.E.I. After 12 weeks of constant care, the little pig is thriving. She sleeps in a crate at night, and they add a hot-water bottle to keep her warm. We dedicate this episode to Lilith, the pig who fell from the sky.

Squinty was a little pig with the cutest tail and nice pink skin under his hairy bristles. He had one eye that didn’t open all the way and this is how he got his name. Squinty was a very smart pig who decided one day to go out and get what he wanted all by himself but he ran into a problem along the way.

The Thanksgiving Party 🥧 Oct 08, 2020

👋 Hello friends and Happy Thanksgiving! Sometimes called Canadian Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving in Canada is on October 12th and celebrates the harvest and other blessings of the past year. Despite a tough year, we still have a lot to be thankful for. Foods traditionally served at Thanksgiving include roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, sweet corn, various kinds of squashes, and our favourite pumpkin pie.

Two little girls who go to the aunt and uncles house to help them prepare for a big Thanksgiving party. The kids think it is for all the rich neighbors but it actually is for the workers who help out at the farm and their families.
