White Wing warns the Emperor and he sends him away so that they cannot capture him. White Wing flies away and heads back to where he was born. When he arrives he rules and makes some changes that will last for all time.

The Travels of Prince Flamingo is the first part of our story about Little White Wing. He is a baby flamingo that is born into a place with hundreds of other flamingos. When they start changing colors and turning pink Little White Wing stays white. The King of flamingos tells everyone that Little White Wing needs to go. His mother sends him off before they come to take him away and he heads off to see if he can find out where he belongs.

When a wind comes along he gets blown off the fence and realizes that he can do it.

Mrs. Goose keeps a close eye on her goslings as they swim to their cousins home. When they arrive they look around and see how wonderful everything is and they wish they could have a home there. At the end of the story the Mrs. Goose and her babies get back to the farm and she is very content to be home.

Flop Ear has been lifted up by something and he is feeling squeezed. He asks to be put down and finds out it was Tum Tum the Elephant who had picked him up to get him out of the way of the wheels of the circus wagons. Flop Ear hops back to his tree and the next day he sets out to keep looking for his home. On his way he comes across a family of mice and helps them get out of a box.
