A certified Family Court mediator and Spanish interpreter, Ann has a heart for the disabled community, as the mother of an adult with autism.
Recently Ann was one of the head coordinators of the Guardians and Gatekeepers Family Advocacy Conference, produced by Kids Need Both, Inc. of Lakeland Florida. Working alongside Dr. Mark D. Roseman and Associates, Ann is on the facilitator team as well. She co-founded Epiphany Awaits, a coaching and resource center for those experiencing high-conflict divorce and separation.

James Gibson was falsely accused with a conviction of murder, served 29 years and was exonerated Jan 30, 2021

I was so honored to have as my guest, James Gibson, who was falsely accused with a conviction of murder and sentenced to a life without parole. This innocent man served 29 years of torture in a prison system that is designed to destroy not only a person's life, but also mind and soul.
James, however, was exonerated in 2019 and is now sharing his story because what happened to him can happen to anyone of us. James explains that it was his mother's emotional support that got him through this ordeal.
While in prison, James filed his own appeals, never took a plea or deal. He is to be commended for his knowledge of the law while he explains the process of exoneration and obtaining a certificate of innocence. Therefore, James has taken it upon himself to help/advocate for others.

We discuss the case Foster vs. Foster and how financial, physical and mental distress is caused through the rigors of the Family Court System. Family Court is not about the best interest of your child and causes the greatest fraud on the Non-Custodial parent.

Aoife Griffin from Ireland discusses Quantum Flow, hypnosis and her book, "Stop, Breathe and Enjoy" Jan 29, 2021

Aoife Griffin from Ireland was my guest and we talked about her book that was written in 2020, "Stop, Breathe and Enjoy," that is about living with Autism, ADHD and Anxiety as well as the therapies she tried and things that worked and others that didn't with the idea of giving families hope.

She is also certified in Quantum Flow and uses hypnotism to go to the root cause of a person's stress or Anxiety in order to help clients to release their limiting beliefs, stresses and traumas from their subconscious mind, body and nervous system. Aoife is also trained as a mindfulness practitioner and counselor.

Aoife became involved in Parental Alienation while watching a friend post about it on social media and she could see that children were being used as weapons.

Cheryl A. Kennedy Discusses being a "Fraud on the Court," crime victim, CPS, Congress and Martial Law 12-29-2020 Jan 28, 2021

Cheryl A. Kennedy is a "Fraud on the Court," crime victim defrauded by an attorney in a divorce with a judge involved. Due to the State Bar of California being inoperable, it led to her subpoena of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to a violated jury trial against the attorney in 2008. Attorney General Jerry Brown represented Schwarzenegger, he was later subpoenaed after alleged payoffs were made. The cases corruption went from San Mateo Superior Court in CA to Albany/Ulster County Supreme Court under Cuomo in NY. Kennedy exposed many other victim cases over the years and had a U.S. Marshal assigned to her under the Obama Administration. Kennedy is a Constitutionalist, Rights Activist and Whistleblower and commented for years on election fraud, fake news, fraud in foreclosures etc. Kennedy has personally sought the Military and Trump to restore our Republic NOW.

PART TWO: Crystal discusses child sexual abuse and child trafficking within the Foster Care system Jan 27, 2021

Crystal was my returning guest who had a lot to say in regards to sexual abuse and Child Trafficking within the Foster Care System. Crystal discusses the John Hopkins Study and The Pacific Standard article written by Natalie Pattillo written on March 5, 2018 that discussed an alarming rate of sexual abuse within the Foster Care system. This is an episode not to be missed.
Sexual abuse is four times likely to happen within the Foster Care system than in the home. Children are taken away on false allegations, preponderance of evidence and without a signed warrant or probable cause and placed in Foster Care, causing a broken attachment bond with the fit and loving parent. Damage is almost as worse than someone coming back from war with PTSD. Also, there is a high rate of runaways within the Foster Care system either end up in prostitution, sex trafficked under tunnels or raped by the Foster parent.
Crystal impresses upon us that our children should not be treated as silver or gold, cash to the Foster Care system. She notes that in grocery stores you will see bulletin boards with children's faces again, missing from 1980's. 80% of those sex trafficked children are from the Foster care system.
The non-profit organization Crystal started 10 months ago, Warriors for Children and Families Unite, is on Facebook and Google and she can be reached there.

Great interview with Kenn Joyce, spokesman for Alienated Children First! Through legislation 28 counties are in agreement with Parental Alienation being considered a crime. He has educated the judiciary and the public on Parental Alienation. Kenn also documents that there have been 10% of suicides related to Parental Alienation in Ireland. His work is to be commended in putting the children first and helping parents with false accusations through this difficult time.

Dr. Mark Roseman is an expert and International speaker in high-conflict divorce, parental alienation and child custody. Also, Dr. Roseman is the CEO of the Toby Center for Family Transitions, a child reunification program based in Florida which he founded in 2010. As a mediator and consultant with family members ending social and personal stress, Dr. Roseman has found the complimentary use of different clinical and non-clinical modalities to be most effective in ameliorating these difficulties.

Dr. Roseman founded Preserving Family Ties Media LLC, an educational media and service company offering support groups and coaching for Targeted Family Members.

Also, Dr. Roseman in the Publisher of Contemporary Family, a quarterly digital publication providing global resources for effective parenting. Topics addressed include Parental Alienation, high-conflict divorce as well as Child Custody. He has also written the book Preserving Family Ties.

We talked about how judges should be aware of Parental Alienation and that they should be educated not only in Parental Alienation, but keeping the family together.
