Slam the Gavel welcomes Rob and Jaime Jolicouer back to the podcast. Rob and Jaime were last on the podcast Season 4, Episode 12. They have been married for 18 years and have been providing a loving, stable home for their teens in North Carolina.
Their nightmare with DSS began in May/early June 2020 when Jaime reported a person who had been a family friend to Thomasville Police Department for inappropriate behavior with their then 16yr old daughter as well as the man's own step daughter (We will call him Mr. A). Naturally, they had to contact DSS Davidson County, where they had been living at the time.
However, they were questioned, given drug tests, and were told that their daughter would need to go in for an exam and questioning. Because of the relationship with the alleged perpetrator, they would not be able to accompany their daughter at all. It would have to be the DSS caseworker, Staci Gray, or her supervisor Kim Craver, who would take her. NOTHING ever came of it, they simply NEVER showed up.
Their son who was 15 at the time, had always suffered from social anxiety. But after the shut downs, it became severe when he tried to go back to school. Jaime made a doctor's appointment for him, so they could get a referral to a psychiatrist.
The doctor never gave a referral. He wanted their precious son to go to Moses Cone Mental Ward for an Emergency Mental Evaluation.
Naturally, their son who was too anxious to deal with a school environment, panicked at the idea of a hospital. He was in a full blown panic mode, so his parents refused to force him.
While waiting for a second opinion and the referral they had asked for in the first place. But when Randolph County, DSS showed up that is when their NIGHTMARE truly began. Over the last year and a half, Rob and Jaime have gained a true understanding of just how TWISTED and CORRUPT these MONSTERS truly are.
FALSIFIED urine drug tests, which Jaime proved were false, while describing how they perform a urine drug screen on parents (while re-traumatizing these victims), she herself would never believe this was happening. NOW she and Rob are LIVING in a nightmare that will not end.
Rob and Jaime discussed the latest in their case. Their two children are now in a foster home together and closer to home. But their children will never be the same. Their son, once a happy child is now bitter. Once CPS removes a child from their fit, loving parents, THEY WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. This legalized child trafficking of their family has been so egregious that Jaime has missed out on helping her daughter pick out her prom dress; a MILESTONE, missed. NONE OF THIS SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE. They are also being DENIED their own TRANSCRIPTS. Rob and Jaime stated to warn others that, "court appointed attorneys work FOR THE CITY." The taxpayer needs to know.

Her story is one of the most well-known documented cases of CHILD ALIENATION in the WORLD. We discussed what happens when a man marries a much younger woman especially when not emotionally healed from a divorce and the children aren't healed from the divorce as well. Lisa talked about what her Stepmother wrote about her Mother. Trauma from the past must be handled or the same cycle will be repeated. Lisa encourages children who have been alienated to speak out. The "Entitlement Factor," "The Cinderella Effect were brought up and how stepmothers focus on the mother and not the kids. Divorce changes everything. This turns into a Human Rights issue and there should be no division between parents. Neglect happens when a man marries a woman just to watch his kids. Judges writing no contact orders on a mother and favoring a stepmother. A woman trying to give her son a hug in the hallway outside of a courtroom and is interfered with/harassed by the stepmother who is a clerk in the courthouse causing a scene. Slam the Gavel welcomes Tracy Armes, Advocate and Alisha Clark Walker to the podcast. Alisha was last on the podcast Season 4, Episode 65 and 102. We had a discussion of the legal and emotional abuse Catherine Youseff Kassenoff suffered for years.. Catherine very well documented her journey through the legal abuse in a criminalized legal system of Family Court. Not only her ex husband, but his firm, the judges, the attorney to the children, the system, the forensic evaluations and money from New York State ran her into poverty.
It was this continual abuse of Catherine and her demise that is now shedding the light on what all of us have gone through, the legal abuse. The judges awarded the ex residential custody. Removed from her home and took her away from her daughters through judges orders and put Catherine on the streets. The ex wouldn't even allow her to get her winter coats. It is a tool of manipulation and it IS ALLOWED--favor for favor and based on evidence unseen and motions thrown out. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?
These judges have NO ACCOUNTABILITY especially in New York State. There needs to be transparency, tamper-proof CAMERA/VIDEO in these courtrooms. Judge McGinty gets paid over $300,000.00. The retirement on these judges is astronomical taxpayer expense.
This is a systematic problem in the courts. Causing stress to parents and inflicting heart attacks, Broken Heart Syndrome, other illnesses and suicide. We need to help each other. Now is the time for unity. Fathers and Mothers must work together to help each other battle this corrupt system that must be abolished #everyparentsbattleeveryday.

Kajal Emmett Shares Her Story Of Foster Care And How Rescue The Fosters Has Helped Her And Those Coming Out Of Foster Care And That It Is Time To Take A Stand Jun 06, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Kajal Emmett to the podcast. Kajal Emmett was born in New Delhi, India. Before the age of 4, she was abandoned and left in the street where she took train after train trying to make my way back home.
Eventually Kajal was picked up by a police officer and brought to an orphanage in Asharan, India. At the age of four, she was then adopted by an American family. Being placed in foster care when she was just 15 years old, she remained there until aging out of the system at 21. Kajal is the only foster child who has completed the entire Elks Aidmore program.
Kajal's passion in life is to fight for the rights of young foster children in the system. She understands what it's like to be in Foster Care. Kajal wants to provide opportunities for these young children to have and share their voices as well as be a positive example for them to navigate through the system. Kajal is also ready to take on all challenges that come along with advocating for Foster Care children.
Sharing her story of living in a Foster Home and what happened in her life that then led her to running away and ending up in a Group Home, Kajal's story is so unique. We discussed how victims end up being punished and the offenders rarely get punished, "the one getting abused gets locked up." Why is life so unfair and so unfortunate for children in Foster Care? Children in Foster Care are conditioned to live in survival mode at all times while walking on eggshells to please the Foster Parent. These children have suffered so much trauma in their young lives to only relive it when being pulled out of one foster home and be placed into another group home.
Kajal wants to thank Jesus for leading, guiding and protecting her to be on the right step. She is so grateful to Jesus for allowing her to go through what she went through so she can help other kids who have been affected by the foster care system. It's time to TAKE A STAND. Cynthia Eufracio With Kenneth Vignali Discuss Being Cyberstalked As A Domestic Abuse Survivor To Being Harassed By Law Enforcement And Not Seeing Her Child For Ten Days Jun 05, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Kenneth Vignali back to the podcast. He was last on Season 4, Episodes 39 and 85. He is joined with Cynthia Eufracio to discuss her story of POLICE BRUTALITY brought on by DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and false allegations.
Cynthia is a divorced mother of four children with three daughters who are underage and rely on their mother. The biological fathers are not active in the children's lives.
Cynthia had dated a friend from middle school who she knew most of her life but she never saw the red flags of what would happen DECADES after they had met. They began dating for several months and they never lived together. Then the abuse started happening. The abuser was charged with burglary of habitation with a hate crime. Cynthia ended the relationship two months prior without telling him. On July 3rd, 2020 the abuser broke into her home in Cypress, TX. Cynthia and her daughters were in living room and she had saw the look in his eyes that she had never seen before and feared for their lives. Cynthia attempted to remain as calm as possible as her daughters witnessed a brutal attack, the mental damage and constant fear has been a struggle for the entire family. Luckily, a neighbor had seen the abuser and called law enforcement. The abuser then fled the scene. Cynthia then took her three daughters and left everything to seek a safe place in fear he would come back and murder them.
Law enforcement reached out to Cynthia to press charges her abuser due to the murder threats. She and her children were relocated and assisted with a Magistrate Order of Emergency Protection and placed with a DV organization who assisted in relocating and moving expenses. However, the abuse never stopped.
Kenneth Vignali helped investigate the abuses, cyberstalking and provided physical security for Cynthia and her family. Kenneth also witnessed attempted kidnappings and helped to intervene when there were murder attempts. He witnessed the POLICE BRUTALITY that took place April 2022 in Katy, TX where she was falsely arrested for defending her family on her property against attackers. Since then Cynthia has been fighting against the city, POLICE BRUTALITY and abuses by CPS and her immediate family who all have been COLLUDING to REMOVE her from the picture using any means possible: staging kidnapping attempts, falsifying CPS reports and severe Parental Alienation.

Adrienne Miranda Speaks Out About The Murder Of Her Son, The Cover Up Of The Crime And Please Do Your Job Prosecutor Scott Shellenberger May 31, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes book author, Adrienne Miranda to the podcast. She has written the book, "The Scent of My Son, In God we Trust." This is a true story about a mother's search for justice for her beloved son. Joseph Miranda was BRUTALLY KILLED at the age of 19, while working for a "landscaping company."
Adrienne Miranda, his mother, knew that after many meetings with LAW ENFORCEMENT and other government entities in Maryland that NOTHING they were telling her made any SENSE. As she researched, wrote numerous letters, made countless phone calls and attended several meetings, Adrienne found that these public servants CONTINUOUSLY RESISTED Adrienne's efforts and valid questions. They LIED repeatedly, WITHHELD crucial police reports, 91 crime scene photographs from the Medical Examiners and BASICALLY ignored her. Adrienne Miranda worked diligently and all she ever wanted was truth and justice for Joseph. She vowed to be HIS VOICE and promised to never, NEVER GIVE UP...never.
Once Adrienne was able to obtain the necessary reports and EVIDENCE needed she met with Medical Examiners in Maryland. After reviewing and examining everything and concluded Joseph's death was a HOMICIDE BY ASSAULT. Joseph's death certificate is recorded in vital records and confirms that a crime definitely occurred that took Joseph's young life. However, the opposition and ADVERSITY that Adrienne and her family faced from local and state prosecutors, Scott Shellenberger is unconscionable. They committed despicable malfeasance and twisted and DISTORTED THE FACTS. The local state prosecutor wrote in a letter to the Chief Medical Examiner and his Assistant that he did not agree with their conclusion of homicide and states Joseph's DEATH was an ACCIDENT. Despite all of the physics, evidence, forensics and scientific proof, the local and state prosecutors went AGAINST the highly qualified and exceptionally skilled coroners and their confirmed conclusion. It will be 17 years on July 20th since Adrienne and her family have survived this living NIGHTMARE. The only thing that has kept Adrienne strong and moving forward is her LOVE for HER SON JOSEPH and unshakable FAITH in THE ALMIGHTY GOD. She knows that with GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE and that our Lord has called her to respond and to act. She TRUSTS in the Lord with all of her mind, heart, body and soul.

Alisha Clark Walker Gives Update On Her Case: Held in Contempt Of Court For Being Unable To Pay $139,000.00 In 60 Days Or Imprisoned By Judge A. McGinty, Resselaer County, NY May 30, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Alisha Clark Walker to the podcast. She was last on the podcast Season 4, Episode 65 on March 29, 2023. Alisha Walker, Pro Se Litigant has been going through a very troubling child custody case from upstate New York where multiple judges have violated several parts of her FIRST AMENDMENT rights which are her right to choose a religion, her right to freely assemble and her right to speak freely.
Alisha had full custody until May of 2019. Unfortunately this custody order was switched at a custody hearing when Judge Catherine Cholakis GAVE full custody to the father, a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER. Judge Cholakis claimed that due to Alisha's Buddhist beliefs that the mother would not take the children to the doctor's office.
Playing along with Supervised Visitations till the father recused EVERY SUPERVISOR put forth EXCEPT himself. The mother no longer enacted supervised visitation for two reasons which are the father would CHANGE HIS MIND on a WHIM and CANCEL Supervised visitations and new details came out that the father actually SEXUALLY ASSAULTED A SUPERVISOR. The victim TESTIFIED to this at trial.
WORSE YET, she is currently barred and will be for almost TWO MORE YEARS from even seeing two of her children. Alisha provided part of the temporary order signed by the infamous Judge Anthony McGinty.
Alisha gave us an update on her case where she is now HELD IN CONTEMPT OF COURT for not being able to pay $139,000.00 within 60 days or will be IMPRISONED by Judge Anthony McGinty. However, Judge McGinty gave her an indigent status PRIOR to this order. Alisha knows this is retaliation for being exposed for a retaliatory order. WHO WOULD DO THIS TO THE MOTHER OF THEIR CHILDREN? THE TAXPAYER NEEDS TO KNOW THIS IS WHAT GOES ON IN FAMILY COUR WITH THIS JUDGE MCGINTY. There is lack of JUDICIAL ACCOUNTABLILTY as well as with ATTORNEYS, Leslie Silva. Alisha has issued a PRESS RELEASE that can be found in the podcast notes. Alisha had filed a Federal Court Case: Walker v. McGinty in 2022 and Federal Court of course dismissed it before it was even heard. We discussed the pattern of the Federal Courts. Tamara Sweeney, Founder Of Organization #LoveDominates Speaks Out On Her Journey Of Sailing Around The World To Bring Awareness To Parental Alienation, CPS Corruption And Abuse May 28, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Tamara Sweeney to the podcast. Tamara is a "sur-thriver" of Domestic Family Terrorism, Severe Parental Alienation, Intimate Partner Violence, Narcissistic Abuse, Court Harassment, Incarceration and threats and ultimatums on her life.
Tamara was with her husband for 20 years. When she was married , she was literally a single mother raising 4 children under the age of 5 and 1 child with TGA,(transposition of the Greater Arteries which is a severe heart condition). Also, her youngest had multiple open heart surgeries starting at his birth.
However, Tamara's husband was never home, being gone for 6 consecutive weeks at a time, home on a weekend and then gone again. She had the Mother and Father responsibilities and she just did it all because she thought her husband was building a business and a life for their family.
When she asked for a divorce in 2012 her children were 10, 12, 14, 16 years of age. The threats and ultimatums and rage from her husband were very severe. He told Tamara that the children could murder her and get away with it because they are under age and SHE deserved it. The Narcissistic tactics at this point were a full on attack against Tamara, a SMEAR CAMPAIGN, the gaslighting, as well as the neighbors, friends, her own brother and parents, the judges, lawyers, therapists, police, priest, school principals were all AGAINST her. She was labeled "Bi-polar," "Mentally ill" and"Crazy." Her husband wanted her dead. Tamara was afraid for her life, so so she decided to put the truth out on social media and that literally saved her life and started an organization called #LoveDominates.
She didn't want her children to believe what the Alienator was telling them. Tamara stayed local in town until my last child graduated HS, even though she was not part of their lives anymore. She wanted to role model to them, that her heart is filled with LOVE and NOT to accept this kind of abuse or behaviors from anyone. Tamara is hoping that she taught them to speak out for their God given rights and to follow their intuition.
Tamara has come along way. Her journey, she believes is to sail around the world making awareness to #ParentalAlienation, #CPSCorruption, #ElderlyCareAbuse, #ChildTrafficking, #ChildAbuse, #HateCrimes, #DV, #IPV, #CourtCorruption and to spread the word of #AgapeLove. For every nautical mile she will sail it is for this purpose. She is the only solo sailor woman to sail around the world for this cause. Before Tamara set sail, she put out a video on her Youtube Channel called "AGAPE LOVE CHALLENGE". Tamara states, "this is to challenge everyone to do an act of kindness and video tape it because the more LOVE we have in this world the easier it will be to conquer the EVIL."

Keisha Daniel Speaks Out On The Collusion In Birmingham, AL, Why CPS Lied In The Beginning And The A.G. Admitted Her Child's Kidnapping Is a Family Court Matter May 27, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Keisha Daniel back to the podcast. Keisha was last on the podcast November 6th, 2022, Season 3, November 20th, 2022, Episode 148 and Episode 157 and Season 4, Episode 4. Keisha has been going through unspeakable crimes and retaliation in order to silence her in Birmingham, Alabama.
It all started when she was threatened with incarceration by Magistrate A. Teele while getting fingerprints done for her job while at the courthouse. Keisha did not keep quiet about this harassment. This is the story nightmares are made of.
However, the magistrate threatened her and drove her to the precinct to have her booked and then drove her back to the courthouse and it was in the car he assaulted her. Keisha then spent 131 days incarcerated and kept away from her seven year-old daughter. While imprisoned, at Birmingham City Jail, Keisha was then assaulted by officers, denied medical care afterward along with keeping her sleep deprived.
Now the cat is out of the bag. Keisha has written the book, "The Third Baby Momma," that can be found on Amazon. This book has upset the father, as it pegs him as a dead beat dad and he has been exposed, so he is going to hit Keisha where it hurts, with her child. The father doesn't want to be bothered with his own child, he is doing this to be vindictive.
TAXPAYERS need to know where their MONEY is going to. At the DHR building, no one is to mention her name. Empty rooms with old blankets and pillows on the floor so when they remove a child they will be put in a room with disgusting blankets and pillows to sleep on filthy floors. When a child is removed they sleep in that office.
Don't think it's strange that no one will take Keisha's case. They have all been briefed. The COLLUSION is THAT DEEP. Keisha's child has been TRAFFICKED through the court system, living with individuals that really don't want to be bothered with her.
God will deal with these individuals one by one as things are starting to turn around. Keisha's faith is so strong that she will get her child back in time. Brian Vukadinovich, Author, Discusses The Breach Of Contract Case Against Richard Posner, Former Federal Court Of Appeals Judge 7th Circuit In Chicago May 24, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Brian Vukadinovich to the podcast. Brian was last on the podcast April 1st, 2023, Season 4, Episode 69. Brian is a retired educator in Indiana and has served as executive director of The Posner Center of Justice for Pro Se’s based in Chicago, Illinois for retired federal court of appeals judge Richard A. Posner.
Successfully REPRESENTING himself in state and federal court proceedings in Indiana, Brian Vukadinovich won a FEDERAL JURY verdict against his former public school corporation employer in Indiana in March 2016 for VIOLATING his DUE PROCESS RIGHTS. In a five day trial where he successfully represented himself against the corporation’s team of lawyers, he has received national acclaim for his self-representation ability and is believed to be the only person who has ever won a federal CIVIL RIGHTS JURY TRIAL by representing himself WITHOUT a lawyer.
At present time, Brian is litigating a Breach of Contract case against Richard Posner, a former Federal Court of Appeals Judge in the 7th Circuit In Chicago. At one time, Richard Posner had hired Brian as Executive Director of the Posner Center of Justice and had agreed to pay him $120,000.00 per year. That never happened. Apparently, this former judge used Brian Vukadinovich for his work, but when the time came to PAY for his hard work, Posner used him for his work and then blew him off. Then Posner's wife sent him a letter offering him ONLY $10,000.00. How very lame at best.
We discussed what happens in the Federal Courts and how Pro Se's are treated like trash and what percentage of Pro Se's are successful in the Federal Court System.
