𝗚𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵⁣⁣The microbiome is composed of much more than just bacteria. We must first realize that by improving our gut health, we are allowing our body to thrive in an optimized set of nutrients which are absorbed through our gut, thus benefitting EVERY organ, not just our skin. For now the focus should be inflammation above else because this truly is the foundation of studying the microbiome and is where we will find real answers about our gut-skin axis.⁣⁣⁣How can we expect to understand the microbiome if we don’t even understand our immunology as it pertains to the existence of the microbes found in our body? Let’s start by understanding the intricate functions of our own body’s immunological defenses before we try to figure out what bacteria are doing to help us maintain those functions.⁣⁣Listen to our episode on this topic for more information.--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/messageSupport this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/support

The result is a serum that outlasts and outperforms all other Vitamin C serums on the market, specifically retaining 94.25% stability after 16 months. By comparison, other water-based solutions have been shown to plummet to less than 82% ascorbic acid concentration after just eight to four months. ⁣⁣#exclusivewithskincareanarchy #launchday --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/messageSupport this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/support

A global leader, world-class marketer, and passionate communicator, Gillian Gorman Round has a rich background rooted in successful marketing for a diverse portfolio of global brands. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Kjaer Weis since December 2020, Gill started her career in the beauty space at L’Oreal UK for L’Oreal Professional Products. Quickly growing with L’Oreal, in the Professional and Luxury divisions, she continued her career in beauty with Yves Saint Laurent Beaute, then part of the Gucci Group in London which led her to relocating to New York for the position of VP Marketing YSL Beaute. This was followed by prominent roles as SVP of Marketing for Lancome at L’Oreal USA, President of The Lucky Group for Conde Nast and as CEO and Founder of The Round House, a brand advisory and consulting firm. With an innate love, drive and passion for bringing the best of beauty brands to consumers, Gill was recruited to continue her career in NY as the Global General Manager for the Revlon Incubator. Following this, she became the Global President for American Crew and CND, which she held until being approached to join the leader in luxury certified organic beauty, Kjaer Weis, as CEO. Since taking on the role during a global pandemic, Gill has challenged the team to successfully orchestrate brand growth, while strategically and objectively challenging the status quo. Seeing a triple digit increase in sales, during a time where the category plummeted, Gill and her team at Kjaer Weis are working to redefine the beauty industry with high-performance, certified organic beauty presented in refillable and recycled packaging that are works of art. A total commitment to performance, to certified organic and to sustainability drives Gill, Kirsten Kjaer Weis and the entire Kjaer Weis team. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/messageSupport this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/support
