Public Hearing of Tony Heckle, Appeal of Permitting Official’s Decision re: Permit #2026007, Harley Shop Building:
- Procedure:
  - (1) Read Appeal Request in Full
  - (2) Note that the Board of Appeals will consider only those issues explicitly raised in the written appeal
  - (3) Note that the burden of proof rests with the Appellant
  - (4) Appellant may speak in support of the appeal
  - (5) Municipal Representative(s) may speak as to the reasons for the decision appealed from
