    Prior to tonies, Drew led the U.S. preschool business for LEGO. Here he created Prescription for Play, building a network of 2,500 pediatricians to promote daily play between parents and children. Drew is an entrepreneur and started Connecticut’s first state-licensed, drop-in daycare center. Drew also has two podcasts, "Tonie Time" as well as "Childhood", which he co-hosts with his 6-year-old daughter.

Natalie and her husband, John, built their family through domestic adoption. Their son, who is 19, lives with an FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder). He has graduated from homeschool as an aspiring, carpentry apprentice. He lives “interdependently” in an apartment with two roommates and he works part time at a home improvement store.. Their daughter is almost 7 and Natalie & John have a much different adoption journey with her daughter, as they are very close with their daughter’s birth mom. Their daughter just started her homeschool journey last year. Natalie turned her family’s unique challenges and journey with FASD from career reinventing into a calling when she and her husband began FASD Hope in October 2020.

    Natalie has been an FASD podcaster for almost 2 years. In October 2020, Natalie & John cofounded “FASD Hope”. The FASD Hope podcast series is through the lens of parents advocates with over 19 years of lived experience. FASD Hope Podcast is available anywhere you find your podcasts.

    Natalie’s book “Blazing New Homeschool Trails: Educating and Launching Teens with Developmental Disabilities” by Natalie Vecchione and Cindy LaJoy is now on Amazon.

    Kevin is a graduate of St. Clair College’s Journalism, Print and New Media Program. Kevin has an extensive history of promoting employment equality for individuals with disabilities most recently, as the Job Developer and Enhanced Employer Support Facilitator with the YMCA of Windsor-Essex County. He also continues the effort of promoting inclusion for people with disabilities through his motivational speaking efforts. McShan also is the host of Lets Have This Conversation a podcast series where he tackles all facets of the news cycle.

    Kevin worked with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce on the Discover Ability Network project in the region of Windsor-Essex. In this role, he was responsible for linking businesses to the Discover Ability Network website; an online job matching portal for employers and job seekers with a disability.
