This episode is inspired by Autumn's time working as a deputy in a transport position where she worked directly with correctional facility staff. Many times CO's are way under-appreciated but also they don't think much of themselves either! Its time to change that...please listen.
P.S. the audio isn't wonderful in this episode... its one done in my car- sorry!

In this second season of The Sheepdog Nation podcast, Autumn has decided to do things a little differently. Instead of just long podcast episodes (which, she will continue to do as well), you will be getting practical shorter episodes to take you to the next level as a Sheepdog.
Enjoy this before shift mindset prep. Autumn wants you to know, this is cutting edge for law enforcement and at first, the other officers you work with may not be down for it, but once they see your results (if you are consistent), they'll jump on board.
