Show notes
This episode we felt a bit rocked by the news of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg passing on the night of Rosh Hashanah. We talk about the importance of RBGs contributions to our country and the ways she gave a voice to those that needed to be heard. We discuss how we can use the legacy of RBG’s famous phrase “I Dissent” in our own ways.
This news also led to an important discussion about Anxiety and thankfully we found a resource to discuss these big feelings in the series A Kid’s Book About.. this episode's topic, Anxiety. Written by Ross Szabo!
Cyla walks us through 3 breathing techniques to help manage Anxiety and some other ways to deal. Following the episode, Cyla reads A Kids’ Book About Anxiety, written by to our friends on YouTube and Instagram @shesoundslikeme - read along with us and check out some of these other helpful resources to keep handy next time you feel a belly full of goofballs:
