I guess for the men, your version of this would be stop thinking egotistically because women also get egotistic when they reach certain levels and they think they cannot be touched. It's about having grace and appreciation for where you are, but also remembering that you are human and you should to treat people a certain way.

Sitting pretty is not just about being in a great position, but it's also about the responsibility you have while in that position. The way you value peoples time their effort and the kindness you give regardless of you not having to. And I just did this episode because I wanted to remind people that being in a better position doesn't give you the right to be nasty to people. You're in a position that can also change tomorrow.

If your position changed tomorrow and you lost your power and your ability to move around like you do currently, would people want to show up for you? Would people want to help you? Will people have empathy for you or would your nasty ways leave you without good people?

Just Make Space For It... ( a short one ) Apr 14, 2025

One thing that I believe women ask for that they don't allow men to have the space for sometimes is honesty. A lot of times if a man gives his honesty is usually not at the right time for women or they're feelings are more important than a man's honesty, and if a man is being honest, they're going to make that moment, not matter as much as they can because of whatever they think.

My thing is if something is not directly affecting you, and someone is asked a question and they give their honest feedback on that question or answer. It is not up to you to decide if his honesty matters or not. And I feel like a lot of women struggle with men giving their honest answer for things. And if we keep putting our feelings in front of a man's honesty, we cannot then turn around and be like why do men lie so much. Most men lie because they don't wanna deal with women's feelings. Most men lie because it's easier to move through than the retaliation of their honesty.
