Do not beat me up. I'm just a messenger.

I think society has become a leaning " agreed contributor" towards women on most things where it isn't fair. Now as a woman, I'm going to be in the middle of explaining answers to a lot of different men's questions. A lot of men want to have some understanding of why women do what they do, why do they think how they think, and why do they feel how they feel?

Nobody is picking on women, nobody is in favor for everything that men think. But sometimes women make men feel like they can't ask certain things that they should be able to get understanding on. So I chose to create a whole season on questions men have that need answers from a woman's point of view. I don't expect everybody to agree with me, but as a woman, I'm going to answer a lot of questions from my perspective.

I expect a lot of upset people by the season and I'm OK with that because you're free to think how you think. Likewise. I ready...

Today is just the question run down. After this episode I will not be taking in new questions.

Emotionally not being aware, being messy and not caring what connects you ruin because your in ya feelings, is a "you" issue. Your emotions dictate your moods... thats bad biz.

Work on that.

Make Time For Rest Jul 14, 2025

Rest doesn't always mean sleep.

Today would have been my dads 102 b day

Rest could be, no social media, no calls, no emails, no leaving the house and no driving. Go in your back yard, put your feet in grass without shoes.

We are always on the go and rest is always needed in order for us to be our best selves.

Now I'm not saying you cannot sleep or nap... do what ya body needs.

In today’s wild world, where endless tasks seem to never stop, many overlook the value of quality rest. Quality rest goes far beyond just sleeping well at night or taking brief pauses during the day.
