    Sheila of Sheilasewsherclothes takes us through her blanket coat research over 2 episodes. National Wool Museum was a source of her research.

    Katie Makes a dress used blankets as coat fabric.

    Mending Mayhem followers and Morrissews are great people to follow to learn various mending techniques.

    Listen to Sheila's report about the information Alf Newby of Albany Mills in Western Australia wrote about the dyeing he did of the woolen yarns. He started working in the mill at the age of 14 and by 40 years old, he was the principal dyer.
