How Scripting Can Turn Your Dreams Into Reality Jan 12, 2022
    Show notes

Stanton Varnadoe is a successful interior designer and event planner who has been in business since 1978. He has also been involved in other areas of design for the most part of his life. And a huge part of his success he achieved through a form of manifestation, scripting.

Scripting is a technique used in manifestation wherein you put your dreams in writing. Writing in detail about what you want in life, in other words writing your own story.

In this episode, Stan shares with us how scripting can change someone’s life. How to let go of negativities, stay positive, be grateful, and write about the dreams you’ve always wanted. Scripting is all about the law of attraction, and you are the only person who can write your story.

We can't hold on to negative energy. It will destroy you. - Stan

Wendy Maguire On The Podcast Babes Podcast Jan 05, 2022
    Show notes

A year of Second Wind has come and gone. So far, there have been 85 women and a few men I have conversed with and with whom I have built friendships with. I have learned so much and still continue to learn.

Personally, it has been a challenging year for me. Finding my own way into podcasting and how it works and how much it costs is one. Dealing with an emergency surgery for my mother for about two months and flying back and forth New Jersey was another. Lastly, having my own case of COVID in August, recovering from that and then in the beginning October, I had a horrible reaction to what I thought was monosodium glutamate, but it wasn't until I found out I had Lyme’s disease. It’s a really long journey. However, because of the Second Wind, and all of the challenges, I am a totally different person handling it.

In this episode, Anne Claessen of the Podcast Babes interviews me. We talked about the year and the lessons and the action items that I didn't even know I had learned that she brought out. And all I can say now is how blessed I feel to be able to have this platform and the fabulous people who entered my life. I have learned to be intentional, mindful and present each and every day.

    Show notes

In todays’ world, a lot of people, especially women, are not comfortable in their own bodies. From race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, and sexual health, they feel marginalized. But one person is brave enough to speak about a topic we normally avoid, and she calls it bodyfullness.
Dr. Rachel Allyn is a licensed holistic psychologist for almost 20 years specializing in body-mind medicine, relationship therapy, and sexual health. She helps individuals and couples cope with their mood, life transitions and relationship challenges. She also wrote the book, “The Pleasure Is All Yours”. This book is based on the same topic as her 2019 TEDx talk focusing on the method of "bodyfullness," which integrates embodied mindfulness, self-regulation practices to cope with trauma and stress, and reclaiming life's healthy pleasures and intimacy with others.
In this episode, Dr. Rachel Allyn talks about her book The Pleasure Is All Yours. She focuses on some issues some people and women are not comfortable talking about, but are really important. Dr. Rachel is changing the way women or even men look at their bodies.
Joy is about healthy pleasure practices, to receive that and to share that with others. - Dr. Rachel Allyn
