Stay ConnectedSecond Best: A DnD Adventure is a real-play D&D 5e comedy podcast created by NYC improvisers.
Second Best follows the adventures of Bug, Yolanda, Gail, and Hue in a fantasy realm called Milarien. They’re not the finest adventurers in the land – a fact they’re reminded of a lot – but that won’t stop this determined bunch.
Stephen Buckley is your dungeon master, the players are Ali Gordon, Glo Tavarez, Marty Scanlon, and Stephen Kelly.

Ah, Chapter 8, Adventuring. As you will soon hear, this is my favorite chapter. I read it on holidays, with my family. We laugh, we cry, we sit in silence enraptured by its wonder. Resting! Vision! How much food you need to eat every SINGLE day! This chapter has it all, and it especially has the annoying parts! It's great.

Class is in session for you and apparently your mouse classmate. Did I intend to make a mouse classmate when I sat down to record this? I refuse to answer that question!! Anyways, this time we cover combat which basically never comes up when you play Dungeons & Dragons, it is very much an afterthought.
